Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Well .. I I’m writing this so management is aware of a situation. When I visited on Tuesday, November 25th, during 10:45 pm sh something I noticed an employee with glasses speaking to her co-worker in a way that seemed like bullying and mocking .
The girl making my order was new, but she was doing a great job, staying polite and attentive.great customer service from her side ! Everyone learns at their own pace and deserves support, not criticism.

This is the second time I’ve tried to order from Quesada. The first time the quesadilla was squashed, but somewhat edible and I believe it was the driver’s fault for maybe putting the container on its side. Unfortunately this time the quesadilla is absolutely inedible.
The sour cream is missing unless it’s inside the mess and when it asks if I wanted guacamole, and I chose 2 ounces I understandably assumed that would be on the side, but it’s not. I did choose grilled vegetables and I did choose the salsa as well, but did not expect that they would scoop it up with a spoon and all the liquid that’s in the bottom.
I cannot eat, soggy things and these tortillas are more consistency like a lasagna noodle than a tortilla. I understand that a quesadilla may not come by delivery in the most crisp form as if it just came off the grill, but this is ridiculous. I truly don’t know how they thought this meal would be edible. Now I have to try to get a refund.

Went here and figured I'd let them have creative freedom with my burrito. Hitesh made a masterpiece. Best burrito I've had in a long time and great service here

Gross. The cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting and the food is shockingly bad for the price they're asking.

Hitesh was so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Portions are always generous at this location, good value for the money. I have been to the Quesada in Poco, they definitely skimp on toppings at Poco location. I'll go out of my way to go to Maple Ridge location for sure. His coworker was also hard at work cleaning. Very impressed

I was at the store at 9:30pm and there were no other customers or orders. The food trays looked like a war zone with food slopped everywhere. So much cross contamination. I can’t understand why they wouldn’t take a few minutes between customers to just clean the place up. Then she made my burrito and it was literally flinging food. No care or thought went into it at all. I won’t be back to this location. This is the second time I’ve had this experience in the last few months. Other locations aren’t like this.

Visited for the first time today and was not disappointed. The staff and what seemed like the owner were busy preparing for a large catering order and we're not able to cook churros since they said it would take them awhile and decided in the end to give us two cookies to make up for it. Kind people and everything was clean and had a wonderful vibe! Next time I'm at London drugs I'll definitely pop by to get some food!

Amazing First Visit!

Me and my wife visited this Mexican restaurant for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the girl at the front named dypikas was incredibly kind and welcoming. She is patiently explained the entire menu to us, which we really appreciated since it was our first time trying some of these dishes.

The service was excellent, and their positive attitude made us feel comfortable right away. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved every bite!

We’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered food online, expecting to pick it up quickly at the scheduled time — that’s the whole point of ordering ahead. But when I arrived, they only started making the food after I got there. On top of that, today when I went for pickup, there was no one outside, so I had to call out multiple times, yelling ‘Excuse me!’ before someone finally came out.
