Worst meal and service ever. This place should have gone out of business years ago. Waited over 45 minutes at our table for water. Menu was missing all kids items. Very disappointed

We visited here many times with family. We love to get dry ribs and wings and some burgers. We generally had good experience, but I don't know what happened today. Visited on Saturday 6:30PM, and this is what I ordered and this is what I got... I used to like ordering this menu and liked it before and used to be much bigger and fuller, but Jalapeño heatwave had absolutely zero heat in it... not sure if the owner changed or chef changed but it was pretty disappointing. Does anybody think so too or am I being too critical? You decide! I dont expect the food to come out just like menu picture... but this is going too far I think. Also, there were previous visits that were not like this.

I really like that they have a bar side at this location. Dinner was delicious. Renee was a wonderful waitress.

Julie is absolutely amazing and is everything the service industry needs right now. She’s incredibly accommodating as we’re a young family on a budget with a toddler and she went above and beyond to serve us. Will be requesting her next time we come in!

Food was good, our server Avery was great! The low rating is for the incredible noise volume and maintenance of the building. You can barely hear the person across from you as it's all hard surfaces in the restaurant, and is the reason we wouldn't come back. The washrooms were also not working, and exterior landscaping hasn't been touched in years (what's left of it). Hopefully the owners can make some changes to improve the comfort of the restaurant - Maple Ridge needs more quality restaurants.

Bons are too cold making the burger 🍔 experience disappointing also they're small for the meat patty..
Other than that .. everything is A ok !

Great food. Shrinkflation though . Got the whisk chicken wrap and it appears to have shrunk since the last time I ate it.

Food was pretty good, nice staff very helpful however I saw a mouse running around the restaurant and my seat was broken told the staff about the mouse and all they had to say was yeah they come in cause of the weather very disappointed in that

Renee was our server and the service was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and attentive and anticipated all our needs. Great experience. The service is always good at this Res Robin but this was probably the best service I've had anywhere.
