Been going here for many years. Staff are knowledgeable with supplements and helpful.

The staff cannot answer basic questions about their products and I was appalled by the rudeness I was treated with for no apparent reason. I had my groceries on the belt and the cashier looked me in my eye and said Yes? and i had to push my groceries toward her. Very bizarre experience. Im a local ultarunner and sought after running coach, and love to find organic fuel for my rigorous training schedule while supporting local. Based on my experience, I will not be returning or referring clients etc here. Luckily, many of the products you can find at big box grocery stores for a fraction of the cost. The rest you can buy online. Its too bad that they don’t know that treating customers unkindly can hurt a business. I’m voting with my pocket and not spending one more penny here.

This isna great place to buy Acropolis Organics products.

The best place Natural supplement store I know of in Maple Ridge. Although everything is a little on the pricy side, they usually have what I'm looking for.

Has some good products but limited vatlriety if supplements.

The Staff are very helpful, Patient and Kind not to mention knowledgeable. They have helped me through rebuilding my body after Chemotherapy and Radiation but always advised me to approve the natural remedies through my Doctors when I was on other medication.
(They made sure it was coordinated with what I was prescribed)

They also suggested healthier options with diet to build my system up. It worked!! I’m Cancer Free now for over 6 years 😊👍♥️

I walked yesterday morning (Nov 29th) with my 11 week old twins and a staff came over to see my babies, so I asked her for help finding something. This staff member then decide to tell me to get my twins tested for autism as soon as possible, as autism runs in twins. I found this extremely inappropriate. I am 11 weeks postpartum this is not what a new mom should have to worry about. I walked in to shop not to get unsolicited advice. This staff member was extremely inappropriate. I will not be going back to this store.

Roots has been a staple here my entire life and I love the wide selection of quality foods and supplements! I used to accompany my parents when I was a kid, continued to shop there as a teen for my supplements and frequently shop now for all my produce and organic foods! I love all the natural self care products they carry as well. You can get everything there! What a gem of Maple Ridge.

It was closed on the holiday Monday but shows open everywhere else. They should make sure google is up to date

So happy to have this place in our community.
