Our experience was amazing. We went to Sammy J’s as a family. We showed up and got a table right away. Our food came fast and was incredible. Highly recommend any of the bowls. The dips were delicious! Our server Marisa was efficient but also picked up on all of our needs and didn’t rush us through our experience.
Over all it was a 10/10 and definitely recommend this restaurant!

Vegetarian options: There were tons of vegan/vegetarian options! There are tons of bowls, burgers and sides that are vegetarian and vegan!

Kid-friendliness: Sammy J’s is great with kids. There is an entire kids menu with fun activities to do! Our server (Marisa) was great with my kids and met their greatest needs.

I was trying to make a reservation for a very busy night. The manager personally called me back to get things set up. So nice to see exceptional customer service. Five stars for the manager, food and fantastic staff.

Terrible service. Was seated, ordered drinks and never came back. I had to find someone after waiting 20mins to order and when I went to the bar the girl said “what’s up” not how can I help you? There was a homeless man sleeping inside the restaurant after being there for 35 mins they attempted to ask him to leave and he finally did.
Doesn’t seem like they have the right staff running g this restaurant and we will not be back unfortunately.

I had a good experience at Sammy J’s in Maple Ridge. The food was delicious, and the customer service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the drinks. Out of the three different drinks we ordered, all of them were either watered down or lacked flavor. I hope they improve the consistency and taste of their beverages, as this was the only aspect that missed the mark for me. Overall, a great spot for food, but the drinks could use some work.
