Ordered on uber eats, I got a Philly cheesesteak with chips. Came on time and was warm still. Was a little dry but the flavours were nice. Good size portion and the chips were delicious and well seasoned.

Ordered 6 meals through Uber. Only 2 showed up.

We ordered through Uber Eats and the Philly Steak Sandwich was amazing, I had a craving for a while and enjoyed it a lot. The chips were also quiet good and the food came warm with nice packaging. Also thank you guys for you nice gift from Uber Eats :) will definitely order again.

Didn’t read reviews before ordering so my fault I guess.The order was wrong, the sandwich was dry and flavourless, only had a tomato on one half, and the chips were soggy from their own grease and tasted like burnt cardboard.Costing nearly $50 for 2 sandwiches. Overpriced garbage.Overall, easily the worst food I’ve ever order on skip.

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews first before ordering. Complete joke for what they are charging. I ordered the stak’d chicken bacon ranch sandwich. For $17 (before tax, delivery surcharge, tip etc) all I got was lousy soggy baguette with a limp piece of lettuce and miserable quantities of protein. The bacon had the consistency of plastic. To make matters worse it was ice cold. Please learn from my mistake and don’t order from here ever.

I forgot to check the reviews before ordering and as expected, this place messed with our order. They weren’t able to follow a simple request and the ham and swiss sandwich eas delivered without cheese.Avoid this

Order the pulled pork sandwich from here once and it was amazing and so delicious that I decided to order it again. The second time it came completely made wrong. Menu says jalapeños, coleslaw, and pulled pork….. but it came with pulled pork and pickles??? It was awful without the coleslaw and it wasn’t even hot either.

Ordered the Phylly Cheesesteak and received a dry nasty pulled pork. Any attempt to rectify it was met with rudeness by the guy on the phone. I went back and read the reviews and came to understand that this is far more common than not.

Pre ordered a sandwich for my lunch break and set it to be ready for 12:05-12:15. 5 mins before my lunch, it says it will now be ready between 11:20-12:30. I get there at 12:17 and don't get my food until 12:33. Made me wait 15 mins for something that was pre-ordered over an hour ago. It's ridiculous and was a waste of my lunch break.

Just go to Big Star. It’s still overpriced, but at least the food will be good. This place overcharges for bad food. Terrible terrible food.Uber should remove this from its app as well. Not even close to a 4 star.
