Advanced Quality Sidings

When I buy the coffee from them, they give me the leftover coffee. I come back ask them please replace this coffee. This coffee is cold. It supposed to be hot. They change it. I am in my way back home. I am trying my coffee. Still same thing. I will never visit again in this coffee shop.

This one star review is strictly for the predatory behaviour of asking tips from customers in store and in drive thru at this business.

People are buying your coffee for $6-$8 (3x or more of the competitors) and you ask for a tip? For what exactly?

And more outrageously, you ask for a tip at the drive through? Taking everyone’s time in the line while your employee brings over the device while awkwardly looking away.

Just change the wording to “we don’t pay our employees so we’d like to beg for your handout” and at that point I might consider.

Give yourself a reality check Starbucks.

This Starbucks drive thru is terrible. 10 car wait and you are stuck. Took a half hour as you don't even order the very end of the line. No wonder it takes so long!

I ordered a blonde roast coffee, but they didn’t have any ready. Instead of letting me know or starting a pour over right away, they left me waiting around with no update. After 6 minutes I had to ask about it myself, and only then did they finally start making the pour over. Really disappointing service — if you’re out of something, at least let the customer know up front or get the replacement going right away.
