Dropped by at this Starbucks for a London Fog & it was on point. Believe me Ive had London Fogs at other cafes & its been a disappointment. Shout out to Sally for her friendly & professional service!
Holy, this store stands out. I’m visiting from Alberta and had some time to kill so decided to come in. Everyone greets you when you walk in the door. The staff are all great energy, enthusiastic, and so positive. Eye contact, big smiles and calling you by name. They came around with samples and were just so lovely. This is how Starbucks used to to feel, I’ve missed it!
Starbucks need to start making changes. Food and coffee have gone downhill fast!
Go back to a small batch, fresh, roasted atmosphere. I regard the service as some of the best in the business.
