i've ordered from here multiple times and every single time my drink has been made wrong :( i always have to end up going to a different location to get it remade. one more alarming mistake is that i always ask for lactose free milk and always get normal milk, i worry for someone who has a more severe allergy that may order here.

Good staff, and knowledgeable.. but appears as if they cannot remember to look at notes in mobile delivery services like Uber or DoorDash. Since I have ordered from them looking for a con pana. And yet the system for ordering does not have options to create or swap out enough to resemble. So I have attempted to ask for milk to be removed from espresso macchiato consistently sent my orders with milk. All I want is an espresso con pana. Why are they still so uneasy to pay attention to their orders coming in?
