Been to Starbucks locations in the TriCities, Vancouver and the lower mainland area and this location is always so busy when I come in. Witnessed rude customers treating staff badly yet the staff have a smile on their faces and continue to be friendly and professional. Seriously, if they are busy and you dont have time to wait, dont order go somewhere else. Otherwise wait & be kind! The staff here works hard & are awesome.

I love this Starbucks! All of the staff are so friendly and the cafe is large enough I can sit and enjoy my coffee.

I had a very early morning work shift which is not normal for me. I went to this Starbucks and Sage and Ashleigh absolutely made my morning π they were so kind and made us smile. Thank you!
Food and coffee is what you'd expect for a Starbucks. The staff however seem to think it's acceptable to make people wait more than 30 minutes to get two pieces of coffee cake.
The layout results in a large number of people crowded together in front of the bathrooms; boxes stacked in the way don't help with the limited space.

Whatβs the point of mobile orders if they canβt have the orders ready? Everytime I have ordered Iβm waiting minimum 10 minutes past their estimated time

I frequently go to Starbucks, probably 2-3 times per week. Regardless of whether it is busy or not, I am waiting 10-15 mins for 1-2 drinks very consistently!
Tonight I visited; there was no line which was great. Still waited 10 mins for 2 drinks! -- The barista had zero sense of urgency behind what she was doing. Will do what I can to avoid this location in the future which is unfortunate as it is very close to places I bring my kids weekly for activities, grocery shop, etc.
This is the second time Iβve had such a bad experience at this Starbucks. Nobody came to take my order or even acknowledged meβno greeting, no βhi,β nothing. Two employees were just standing there, completely ignoring me. Then another lady kept looking at me weirdly, like she didnβt even want to be there. Honestly, if you donβt want to work, donβt take it out on customers. What made it worse was that right after, two other people walked in, and the staff greeted them right away with a smile and βGood morning.β Seriously, why the selective treatment? So rude and unprofessional. I left feeling completely disrespected

The baristas are great but Starbucks head office has eliminated my favourite menu items one by one: rooibos latte gone, yoghurt parfait gone, coffee cake gone, and now you canβt even get an apple cider. I asked the barista what hot drinks there are for people who canβt have any caffeine (me) and she said peppermint tea. I can make that for myself at home. Thereβs nothing to bring me in anymore because the pastries and sandwiches have never been very good. I donβt even know how Iβll use up my gift card. Farewell, Starbucks! I miss the old you.
Never had a bad experience at a starbucks before and have never waited half an hour for 3 drinks⦠I understand its the holidays and people are booking time off but closing was very short staffed, The kind gentleman was doing everything by himself and had two other people doing almost nothing. If there is any way I can get a refund that would be great. I think management needs to look ahead before approving so many time off requests and leaving the business super unstaffed.

I lost my wallet at this branch today and when I showed up panicked and frazzled, the staff not only had picked it up before it could be stolen (there was quite a lot of cash in it) but they were very comforting and offered me a sample of a new drink. The service really saved my day. Thank you.
