I lost my wallet at this branch today and when I showed up panicked and frazzled, the staff not only had picked it up before it could be stolen (there was quite a lot of cash in it) but they were very comforting and offered me a sample of a new drink. The service really saved my day. Thank you.

Starbucks Maple ridge staff is hard to smile, we understand they go thru rough tough day, standing on feet, bearing customers however, some of then should be more energetic and draw a smile on their face while interacting with customers so we feel like coming again! Drinks non drinkable, plssss train ur staff to follow 1 recipe its that simple, its always watery, i almost pay 6-7$ to enjoy my macchiato and i end up throwing it in garbage unfortunate watery, doesn’t taste great, Ofcourse it differs from individual to another like why??? Cant u guys be consistent?

Very chill hangout with big bright, and beautiful windows. The circular design of the place is unique and creates a cool wrapping patio around the building. The staff is very nice and faster than most Starbucks locations. It’s also very clean.

today i went to pickup doordash order
there was a girl she was having a nosepin,
was speaking rudely and looking aggressively at me and making gestures 🤷‍♀️

Although the prices are higher you really do get quality coffee. It's our go too for a tasty treat.

I came in on may 30th and I did a mobile order. I ordered two drinks and my first one came out shortly after I arrived but I had to wait 15 more minutes for my second drink! A dozen people got there drinks including ones that came in after I did! I usually have no problem with the staff or service at this location but this time was absolutely ridiculous and I am not pleased!!!

Messy and sticky counters the back Bar is covered in ice or strawberries!

Very rude workers and terrible customer service especially the blonde Australian worker do not come here

Ok so me and my friend wanted a cup of ice and everything was fine until a random lady just stared at us and gave us dirty looks and then said oh we can't give ice we have to put water with it and you have to buy something to get water.

I don't usually pick starbucks but when I do it HAS to be this store, the staff here are exceptionally sweet and amazing, always putting cute little uplifting messages on the cups and just overall amazing at what they do. They always recommend great mixes and drinks and they're always so fast! Solid 10/10. Especially the lady who's always in in the mornings! 🙂

Honestly just slow service and I find my drinks are wrong or they don’t make it with something I asked for. Not happy with this store, I mobile order to help save time and always end up eating so long to get my drink

Super slow service at this location, very upsetting. They always mess up my order to, also the coffee beans taste burnt here. Noticeable in ever cup of coffee !

The service is always fast and friendly but I do wish there were more vegan food options.
