I had some time to spare and decided to go here. My drink was very good but that's to be expected of Starbucks. The reason I wanted to give them a 5 star across the board is because of the friendly service their staff provides. I was there for about an hour and they generated everyone as soon as they entered and were very friendly and attentive.

The slowest Starbucks ever. they usually have 5 or 6 workers, only 1 till opened, and customers lined up out the door. Took me 40 mins to get 2
Horrendous. Ordered in-store and waited over 20 min for a basic coffee - refunded at 20 minutes because “your order is a ways back.” Baristas just taking stickers off the printer for app with no consideration of anyone standing in store.

I wish I could give 0 star but not an option. I am writing this review after 4 visits so this is NOT just an off day experience. Every time we have gone to this location, a simple coffee and snack has taken 20-25 mins of serving time. And it’s not because they are super busy, it’s because they have no system to track the order priority and the staff just randomly keeps on serving people. Every time people who ordered 10-15 mins after me have gotten their stuff delivered before me. Pathetic service to say the least. Never going back again.

If you're thirsty or in a hurry, give this 1 a miss.Painfully slow. Order in store, takes 30mins, use the app, still takes 30mins for 2 x coffees.Staff are friendly enough, but even with 6 of them working it's still just as slow. Disappointing
