Their drinks are amazing and they've never gotten my order wrong ever!! Dont take their food for granted just because they are mainly a drink place, I highly recommend trying their double-smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich aswell as the cake pops and sugar cookies!!

I was in here today, it was super busy and packed, just wanted to say, the employees kicked ass , it pretty cool to see how they where all in sink not one person had to wait long for their coffee even know had mobile ordere, pick up orders, and a long line up, not to mention how they where able to keep the working area clean and organized, very impressive

Ordered a venti mocha frappuccino with ONE extra shot. It came out in a cup of liquid coffee frothy mixture. Went back to complain about this ridiculous non-frapp concoction and they told me this is just what happens when I order 5 shots. Said he could make it again but it will just turn out the same way. No other explanation. I had to figure this out on my own after I drove away - it's because I got the reg 4 shots + extra 5 extra shots of espresso into the drink. Why would none of them question this order. The barista who entered this order into the system and the barista who made the order are both absolutely delusional. This is such horrendous attitude and customer service by the staff working on Sunday afternoon Mar 30.

Staff are friendly, service is good, food is always well prepared. Overall cleanliness is always good, I have yet to walk into the location to see a mess! So kudos to them for that! Drinks are usually good when ordering in store. Unfortunately after ordering mobile pick up I haven’t had the same experience (due to dairy allergies I need to substitute milk for oat or lactose free milk) I haven’t been able to finish a whole “grande sized” drink the last few times I’ve ordered from there.
