Our order was quick and accurate, and my little one thought that the heart drawn on her kid's hot chocolate lid was so cute. I love when people take an extra little step to make things special even though it was smoking busy, thank you from a former 7+ years store manager

They make drinks wrong there alot , there’s a couple girls who are very rude . Port Coquitlam Starbucks on Oxford is 10 times the store and service . Stay away from this
Today I ordered a salted caramel Frappuccino as I am not a huge coffee fan. When me and my friend received our order we both got the wrong Frappuccinos and asked again for the ones we had initially ordered. After seeing the wrong Frappuccino again the barista proceeds to tell me their caramel Frappuccinos are mainly made with Mocha which I found odd since I get this drink often and it’s never been made this way. Absolutely disgusting and big waste of my time and money. Thanks u dinks!
