I ordered a poke bowl through Uber Eats last night and received my order with rice that was extremely mushy and inedible, that clearly had too much water when cooked, so I didn't get to eat my meal properly.
What made the experience more disappointing was that I was unable to get a refund despite the quality issue, so I'm out $25.
This isn’t an isolated incident with this branch either. In several previous orders, the portion of rice has been so minimal that the bowl was only half full, even with poke and toppings.
I generally don’t leave Google reviews or complain, but after letting similar issues slide in the past, I felt this experience warranted sharing. I'm a long time customer of Steve's Poke and I would like to keep ordering poke bowls since it's the closest location to my house, but this branch is just not up to par with other stores I've ordered from.

I was only recently introduced to Poke' bowls, and this is the only one I've tried so far. I found the food to be quite delightful. If you like sushi / sashimi, then you'd really like Poke'. There is a choice of ingredients in each bowl. My wife and I were looking for a lighter option to share for lunch, so we decided on a bowl with edamame rice, beans, cucumber, seaweed salad, corn, and ginger. We topped it with tuna and tofu (I love the spicy tuna, and my wife likes tofu). The young woman working there was very helpful in explaining how it works. With all the ingredients, the bowl was overflowing, and was plenty for both of us to share. At a cost of $18, we were fully satisfied with the amount, and felt that we got great value for surprising quantity of fresh ingredients. Will definitely make this a regular stop for a healthy lunch option.
