Myself and my two girlfriends met for dinner here last weekend. It took 15 min after arriving for the server to come to the table, we had to ask her for menus and then she only brought one menu for three people. It was another 10 minutes before she took our drink order, meanwhile a table who got sat long after us had drinks, menus and appys ordered before our drinks even arrived. We started to notice a trend that the majority of tables around us were male dominated as it was UFC fight night on the tv, I suppose she figured she could make more money off the guys so we got completely ignored for the rest of the evening while others around were very well attended to. All three of us ordered tacos and it ended up coming out one taco at a time because she said they accidentally made the appy version and not the meal, which would have been fine, but we waited 30 minutes between each taco arriving. I had to flag someone down to order another drink, my friends weren't ready for another one yet but they should have ordered when I didn't because she didn't come back again to offer them another drink when they had finished theirs, even our water glasses sat empty for the entire time. Basically we were there from 6pm-9pm and aside from my two drinks we had one drink, an appy and tacos. The food was good so it's a shame the service was so poor, I don't think I'll give this place another try.

If it wasn't for the fight that broke out in the tables nearby, we probably would have a better review, service is always fantastic and the food is amazing. But that tussle really rocked me and we might not be back for a while

Townhall is consistently amazing with great food and service. The menu selection is wonderful and offers something for everyone. This my favourite place to go out and eat in Maple Ridge.
Everything was great. Our waitress was fabulous. Very cheery and accommodating One person in our party had to catch a ferry. Our meals came out promptly which was much appreciated. Love the MR Townhall.

They started blasting the music at 10pm and the restaurant wasn't full. We asked if possible to lower a bit the music and it was still super loud and we had a hard time talking. We would have ordered mote drinks but decided to leave earlier .

We decided to stop in to try the Friday Night Prime Rib dinner. Was a great price and was soo tasty! Better than some other, more expensive places!! I will now plan my prime rib cravings at the Townhall! It was relaxing, with great food and good service ?

It was trivia night so we expected it to be busy and loud. We won ...so, super ! But food and drink prices are higher than the value you get back. Used to be a nice, affordable alternative to some of the other mainstream establishments, but even beer or appys at happy hour are up.
We were taken promptly to our table which was a good start to the experience! However, we waited forever until my husband asked the waitress if she was going to give bills to the party of 20 before taking our order. She said she was so my husband sought out the manager. Once she realized what was happening, she took over and we were able to place our order. She continued to serve us through the entire meal. We were extremely happy with her and the service she gave us.
Amazing people! When we arrived our table was ready as we requested it by the fire! I cannot express how amazing the staff are, especially Jasmine! Jasmine is very nice, professional and I do believe she is an asset! After two times going there, now we cannot even compare any other experiences we had before!

Our table had an overhead vent blowing on us. Service was good. Waitress was cheerful and friendly. Food was okay but fish and chips was not that great. We will be back but will order something else and will hopefully get a better table.
We go Sundays after church and enjoy their special breakfast at an absolutely wonderful price and enough for a good appetite 6 of each each Sunday or more and a double mimosa and the men beer!! Wonder servers who know and remember us and “our usual” fare. Bend over backwards to secure your seating if not reserved - we learnt that if over 4!! Excellent!!

Our table had really dirty seats with crumbs and chunks of wet food on it. We tried another table but the stools were way too low for the table. And, it was really noisy in there considering it wasn't even half full. We just left.

Came here for brunch. It was alittle quieter as it was Easter long weekend. Had the breakfast bowl which was good but could do better with a little sauce. Waitress was accommodating with the kids orders. Would come back but not for brunch.

Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. The food is similar to pub style but better in terms of quality, taste and overall presentation. It's a nice half way between neighbourhood pub and a Cactus Club-type restaurant. We didn't realize that Trivia Night was happening so it was a bit noisy for us (we went on Valentine's Day) - maybe ask about planned events like that in case you are looking for a different vibe. I'll be asking about that in the future before booking! All in all, great experience though.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were there to celebrate my birthday. She didnt rush is at all, let us take our time. She swueezed us for happy hour ehich was soo nice. Just great service all round and food was great as well.
