Later at night only 1 staff member but the place looks well kept clean inside was taken care of a online order and was fairly fast at her job spoke clearly and knew her Job

Wish I had read the reviews on this location before ordering from here last night! Absolutely disgusting food! My sandwich was burnt, not toasted and still frozen bread all at once. My chicken in my teriyaki crunch was rubbery cold and made me sick 🤢 and throwing up all night long!! I see I'm not the only person who's experienced this with their bread and food from here! Why is it so hard to make a sandwich at Subway now?? I would like to be contacted from a manger and be given a full refund for my food as I had to throw the majority of it out as I stated it made me very ill! Such despicable and appalling service from what used to be such a reputable company. Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely unacceptable. On Wednesday, June 4, we ordered two toasted foot-long rotisserie chicken subs and two bags of chips for lunch. Within five minutes of getting home, we opened the sandwiches to find the Italian herb and cheese bread completely soggy and falling apart. It was so bad we couldn’t even eat them — both subs went straight into the garbage.
We paid $31 for what ended up being just two bags of chips. Whether the bread wasn’t thawed properly or something else went wrong, there’s no excuse for serving food in that condition.
To make it worse, I tried calling the store to give them a chance to make it right, but their phone system doesn’t even allow you to speak to someone.
Terrible quality, zero accountability, and a complete waste of money. We won’t be returning.

Want to talk about an experience? I'll give you an experience go in there asking about the buy one. Get one free. It's offered through the app so no there's nothing he could do. Just go through the app. The app was glitching was bugged had server issues. Well here's the real problem. Not only did two and a half weeks ago was I in there with my brown Friend, well guess what? When the exact same problem happened with him they just rang it through. They just gave him the buy one get one free. He didn't have to wait for that. He didn't have to do all this and that all he did was get the deal. Now they talked in their language. I don't know what it is. Maybe seek maybe Farsi I don't know what it is but what I do know is is that I get treated differently based off of the way I look. And that's the real issue here. That's why I'm a little upset. It's because I see the difference. I see the difference with my brown buddies there. You'll take care. No problem, no problem. And all of a sudden now it's just me. Oh no go through that. There's nothing I could do. What's up with that man? You just lost the customer for life. Anyone that I talk to I'm going to make sure they steer away from that garbage. That's not right man because if the tables were reversed I treat everyone no matter their nationality no matter their skin complexion the same. I don't just start talking a different language to all my other colleagues thought to speak the same language as me. I don't speak trash behind your back. I do it to your face. If there's a problem, I do it to your face. Thanks for showing me your true colors and thanks for letting me know which business is not to support

I love this place! They’re always timely, the staff are very sweet and kind especially jag and they do a great job accommodating to my gluten allergy. Definitely recommend!!

Jag was very nice. He made an excellent sandwich.
We got two sandwiches, steak and cheese and rotisserie style chicken both were so delicious and fresh! I like subway but this store has the best customer service and the taste is the best. Jay and Sukhman make and pack our sandwiches amazingly! Thank you so much guys, we really enjoyed!
