For starters, the staff was very slow which is not necessarily horrible. Next i order a turkey sandwich in which they put ham, i ask them to replace the ham by turkey like i ordered. The lady proceeded to show me the difference between the turkey and the ham, showing me the turkey was on my right and the ham was on my left, which is the one i saw her take the meat from. When i pointed it out to her, she completely ignored it and asked very rudely what else i wanted, at which point i thought i might be wrong. That is until i get in my car and taste it to make sure. It is ham. I go back in to ask them to just replace the meat to which they showed me again side by side a piece of ham and a piece of turkey next to the meat in the sandwich; it confirmed that it was ham. Nevertheless they were still refusing to replace the meat and fix their mistake.

I eat at this Subway a few times a week so I figured I should leave a review. This location is pretty good. The staff have always been pretty happy and kind. And the food is always good. Nothing bad to say about this location. I guess the only bad thing I could say is that sometimes it can get extremely busy. And because of all the businesses around this location sometimes parking is almost non-existent, or the parking lot is crazy.Vegetarian options: For vegetarians there is a sandwich called The Green Goddess. And to my knowledge there are a few other options as well I just can't remember them.Parking: Parking lot is shared between multiple businesses. McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks, and a grocery store. So at certain times of the day it can be extremely busy and hard to find parking.

Closes super late which was good when everything else was closed. You can dine in and there are plenty of space inside. The worker was slow though and took him a while to prepare the sandwich.

Non co-operative staff. Wanted to use the washroom after ordering food but the staff did not let me use the washroom saying we have sanitizeed the washroom already and we cannot le u use it as we have already cleaned and locked it for tomorrow.Washroom was not out of order and when restaurant is 24 hrs open the then washroom service shud not be refused to any customers.I wont recommend anyone to visit such a restaurant

Whenever I visit this Subway the staff are always courteous and know their sandwiches well. I visit maybe once a week as I live in the area and some of the employees recognize me. Ben is always very kind and makes pleasant conversation while making my sandwich. Great place ?
