Best and friendly service. The team of this subway is very cooperative and humble.
Pavitar, such fun and caring hard working man. Always in a very positive happy mood and not only see him working hard but also uses the time to ask myself and every customer how they’re doing, how their day was tans treating customer (that I’ve seen and myself) like a close friend while still getting the job done with the best services from Pavitar
The guy making our sandwiches tonight seemed so angry, like the bread had mortally wronged him and needed to be punished. He flattened the fluffiest looking loaves, ripped them apart and proceeded to throw ingredients on the sandwiches. Cheese half off the bread, ripped the top off, and just generally couldn't have cared less. I know it's just a sandwich but I appreciate anyone who's making my dinner and it would be nice if they at least put in a small effort. It's not hard to slice it open nicely, put it together and be done with us. I'll try another location next time.
I ordered on the Subway app to deliver my food at school today, and my order came soggy and without a drink. When I contacted the Subway to tell them about my experience, the worked not only hung up on me once, but twice. The first time they hung up, it was acceptable. My caller ID is private, and it might look like a scam. So, I used my friends phone to contact them once again, but with a caller ID this time, and the worker hung up on me again. I am not mad, I am just disappointed with the lack of service.
Absolutely stay away from this place. I have ordered for delivery and this is the third time they got my order wrong, they gave me a raisin cookie instead of the Chocolate chip that i ordered. Luckily I noticed it before i took a bite, i am severely allergic to raisins. they don’t respond to the calls, the subs were cold even though i’m only 300-400 meters away, the portion sizes were as greedy as they come. Absolutely Horrible service
So we just visited to the subway and there was a girl name Sammy. She was very rude at first. She didn’t even say hi or anything, and after we ask her that if she can grill our subway, she clearly say no, we don’t do it because we need to clean it later on and I came almost every day,
Most of the time they do it with the patty in, we don’t ask her to do it with all the veggies, and so it won’t create any mess.
Then we thought of letting it go, and she just started questioning me. Are you recording me or something. and start talking rudely Then we have to leave without having anything at night. which is worst customer service, even if you have any problem with your customer, you can just be rude to them. You have to explain them what they are doing wrong. We also work in the customer service and we know how to treat the customers. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
There was a girl name Nimrat . She is so nice and friendly . I just loved her ❤️
I've eaten here before during the day and find that the tables are always uncleaned, but food is standard for Subway. This time I ordered a churro as I was killing time during my son's practice nearby and was handed a dried up chewy tasteless pastry that I wouldn't give my dog. Avoid the Churro!!!!!!

I have been to this location many times. Customer Service is always great! Today I ordered ahead, shortly after I received a call explaining that they didn’t have my bread choice. I adjusted my order, when I picked it up they included two cookies, no charge! Again awesome!

*DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER HERE* - they refuse to monitor incoming mobile orders here. You will wait 20 minutes, and when you arrive they will make it in front of you (usually with an attitude, even if you are non-confrontational). They will rush and get the sandwiches wrong (only one of your sandwiches has onion? Surprise - now it's all three).
There's only like one chill dude at this location - everyone else is baseline rude af.
Tbh there are like 2 other Subways in downtown 'Ridge, and you might as well go to one of those instead.

This is my third time placing a mobile order at this store. All three times my order was completely forgotten by staff and needed to be made while I waited. Today the food we got was my only 15 minutes later than the pick up time (because they forgot again), but it was wrong. The "toasted sandwich" was cold and the ingredients ordered were wrong on both of the sandwiches we ordered.
The most interaction I got while standing at the mobile pick up for 15 minutes was a quick "just one minute" before leaving to help another customer leaving me standing there for 10 more minutes waiting. They passed me the food without a word when it was finished.

Never coming back. The lady treats their own community people like differently. Gave me half an egg on the sandwich. Didn't welcome us like she welcomed others. Also didn't put enough cheese like others. I was even scared to ask her to add any toppings as she would say thats all after just putting lettuce. And on the top charged me more than the listed prices. I am don't mind paying more but atleast treat everyone fair. Really felt insulted. I order a sandwich and charged me for a 6" inch instead. And also added a tip herself. What a rip off place. Wasn't read to provide a receipt. Had to ask her politely.
