We had a great experience at this Subway last night. Puneet who served us was so kind and generous to all our requests on our subs individually. She made sure we left happy and satisfied with our food. She surely deserves a callout for her exceptional service. Overall the location is clean and tidy.

The owner has ordered his employees to short each customer on the meat given. For a 15$ chicken sub the chicken doesn't even cover all the bread. And on the great Canadian club they give half the normal amount for meat. Here's some pictures for proof. The first one with less meat is from this subway which is scamming customers. Other one is the one in walnut grove by cineplex. Any other subway gives more meat than this subway.

Pardeep working close tonight was AMAZING. He got the long line dealt with QUICKLY and made sure to get all the details right for everyone's order ahead of us. All I had to say was that I wanted the jerk chicken bowl (he even let me know what came in it!), and he took care of the rest! I didn't have to list off everything I wanted in it, and he omitted the cheese per my request. Food was phenomenal. Best bowl I've ever had. Absolutely amazing service from him. Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat due to his service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars to him alone! Give that man a raise!

Online ordering was not working due to some tech issue at location, location denied to use app coupon as they facing some issue, and ask to go to another location ? Is there no way to entertain manually ? Surprised! Then the member said ok I will do this time for you, is it a favor you are offering to customer when there is tech issue ? Will not be going back to location, no rewards to my account as there system failure.

My daughter and her co worker both nurses at the local hospital ate here today during their dinner break. My daughters co workers had a steak sub. They had already eaten then noticed the maggots on the wrapper of the steak sub. Do not eat here I will contact the appropriate agency to deal with this. Should be closed pending an Investigation. They quickly left leaving the maggot covered wrapper.

I am really disappointed by the service and food. I went there at 9.30pm may be and the girl who was making the sub was really rude she don't even ask for the patty that which patty do you want. It was really a bad experience for me.
