Everything is okay but the Tip collecting system even for takeout is crazy. At the checkout payment on the machine the 5 dollar tip was already showing and i pressed the back button it didnt even go back so i ended up taping my card because of the lineup.

I order pickup often on my mornings. I drive from Langley to your location and when I arrive sometimes it's hit or miss with traffic. Twice now the same person working has let someone else leave with my order. Making me late to two schools. When you pay for something and then to be told with a dumb founded look on their face like this happened to you before? Yes, with you both times! The person even spoke to you and said the wrong name. Please change this or next time will be the end of my loyalty.
