First of all, the name of the place is IORI, not Lori. Service was good and so was the food. Not a lot of difference between these sushi places in the valley. Unless you want to pay the big bucks for the real deal in Vancouver (where you can eat non-frozen fresh fish), you need to be satisfied with the typical sushi restaurants you find in every corner of every town in the Lower Mainland. I would go back to Iori.

My family was disappointed in general. Expected much better based on other reviews. Ordered the party tray and found each selection either average or below average. The food just didn't taste fresh at all.
November 2022
I went here last Sunday for dinner with a friend for birthday party. The place is small but comfortable and the food was superb. I still want to go there and eat again. It was the most flavorful roll I have ever eaten. The miso soup was good, not too salty and the food was fresh and plentiful. I am looking forward to when I will go there again. The lady working the server looked very busy, but I look forward to seeing her smile next time please.
