I was craving for some flavourful, spicy mexican food so decided to go to this res for the first time. But all our tacos were so disappointing, it tasted very western just salt and no other flavour, spice in our tacos.

What a great Mexican restaurant in the heart of Maple Ridge. The decor ambience and service were impeccable. We went for lunch and were able to order from both the regular and breakfast menus. The burritos are massive and delicious-they’d feed two easily. That’s about $10 pp. the queso fundio was also delicious. I must of all loved the cod taco and all their salsas. The cream filled churros were amazing. We would definitely go back.

All the meat taste like it was reheated. The corns taste like canned. Definitely, not freshingly cooked. Overpriced and services was slow. Portions are small. It's not a real Mexican restaurant. It is more of a westerners style mexicain flavor . Its was disappointing. I won't encourage anyone to come if you want real mexican foods.

Taco Fan started serving breakfast on the weekends. Amazing!!! Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend it any day if the week.
Best Mexican food we have had in a minute. It's in truth a 4 star for food. But they have spicy options which add a star. Service is excellent and friendly. The place is extra clean.

Food is decent enough and staff are friendly but the service and the wait time tend to be super slow ...even when we're the only or one of the only dine in guests. They also never bring our meals at the same time (usually at least 15mins a part so one of us has to let our food get cold or eat in front of the other person and finish the meal as the second meal arrives). Quality has also been going downhill over our last couple of visits. In particular, their pozole, which used to be delicious and very authentic, is now watered-down, not as flavourful and missing the oregano on the side. Not sure if management has changed or what. We want to keep supporting them but they're making it hard to.
Parking: Sometimes it can be difficult to find parking on 224th close to Taco Fan but the side street always have parking spots available.
Kid-friendliness: They have at least 2 high chairs for young kids.
