I ordered a chicken ceaser rap with extra ceaser sauce and my wrap was severely dry I couldn’t even chew it. I paid extra for more sauce yet it was drier than the Sahara desert. Very unenjoyable for me. Unwelcoming staff that don’t even greet or smile at you. Was uncomfortable don’t recommend. 11/06 at 4:19 pm

I'm a big fan of Chopped Leaf as they have easily the most delicious salads around. Big fan of the Greek/Mediterranean salad and my girlfriend loves the tuna melt.
Have been many times now and the staff are always friendly. There was even one time the proteins of my 2 salads got mistakenly switched and the manager told me to just keep them and they made me 2 correct ones.

Food quality is very poor compared to other locations. Had to throw away half my wrap because it was stale and the lettuce was wilted. Had this happen twice now I’m convinced it’s just this location because I’ve never had a problem with quality anywhere else.

Worst customer service. I was very disappointed with the service. The staff member placed my fork on the rack instead of handing it to me directly, which felt careless and unhygienic. On top of that, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The food is good but…terrible unfriendly service…was here on Saturday the 2nd of August, 20 minutes before they closed, floors were already washed etc, they were no happy to see me, tonight is Monday the 4th, simply put, just not friendly service, when I asked how are you, absolutely no response..
No smile no personality…
I won’t be back, I eat out quite often, and as a customer you expect to be treated with at least a little bit of curiosity etc…

Just picked up my harvest salad and my soup. The soup lid was not properly sealed. It leak in the bag and completely ruined my salad and the soup spills in my bag and in truck. Worst chapped location.

I order from Chopped Leaf often and have tried many locations. The woman who works during the day at this location is great and always makes good food.
But I’ve now had two bad experiences with a younger staff member. The sandwiches were barely toasted with hardly anything inside. It felt like a waste of time picking it up, and I couldn’t even serve it to my family. Everyone was surprised at how poorly it was made. June 8, 2025 evening staff.
I think this location could really use some extra training to keep the quality consistent.
This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Chopped Leaf location. I travel frequently and usually find their stores to be clean and well-run, but unfortunately, this one was the exception. The staff were rude and seemed uninterested in the customers. The restaurant was dirty — I had to clean my own table and chair because there wasn’t a single clean one available. Meanwhile, the two employees behind the counter were laughing and chatting instead of attending to the mess. It’s clear there’s a lack of care and professionalism here. I strongly do not recommend this location unless improvements are made.

I use to love chopped leaf but lately they have bein cheaping out. Today I went in for a chicken, Pesto Cranberry sandwich and there was maybe 5 little chunks of chicken a table spoon of red peppers and a whole lot of lettuce on this huge slices of bread with the smallest of filling. So disappointing! I won't be back. So disappointing!

This location does not care about customer service. I have made a number of complaints over the years and the response has rarely been helpful. I have frequented this location because it is conveniently located for me and I can’t tell you how many times they’ve screwed up my easy orders.
The last time I went there the young female employee just stood there and stared at me without saying hello. When I asked if she was ready to take my order she burst into laughter like she was holding it in. Very strange.
I’ve seen a lot of turnover of staff here over the years. And I’ve heard from an ex-employee that they aren’t treated well.
I have a points card that I scan every time yet they can’t seem to look up my past orders to see how they were screwed up. I’m just done with this place after giving it so many chances. It’s hit or miss here so maybe you’ll have a good experience, maybe you won’t. But I’m not going to take chances on getting something in my food I’m intolerant to and having no one in management care about it.
Was told I can’t get my sandwich because it was an hour before closing then watched the staff answer the phone in the same gloves they answered the phone in and made a chicken salad when I said I am vegetarian. Beyond disappointed.
When I told staff she did this she said “huh” want it or not ?
