This my first time going to this establishment. Ive been to other Mongolian restaurants. navigating the food bar was an ordeal very difficult to scoop out sauces without spilling and the sauce comes first so you go ahead fill your bowl then have to come back for the sauces. Funny setup . the meat was very tough pork and beef both . I couldn't eat it . the girl came by so I told her . She Said let me see what I can do and left , I sat there about 7/8 min the place was almost empty. So i got up and left it's obvious that customer satisfaction is not first on there list of priorities . If you want a nice stress free lunch this isn't the place for you. over priced and very bad tough meat. If i want Mongolian I'll stick with the one in POCO
After considering your response I say no thanks there's plenty of restaurants that appreciate the business without catering to the ones that don't care. As they say you have one chance to make a first impression
I’ve always ordered an extra scoop of rice (it’s on the menu for $1.20)
Never have I had anyone have an issue with it, until today. The cook wanted to treat me like garbage for asking for an extra scoop of rice, fully willing to pay for it.
Just wanted an after work snack and left feeling extremely frustrated, I’m not begging for a free scoop of rice when it’s literally on your menu. I’m ordering it, just like any other paying customer can do. And then he had the audacity to just laugh in my face, super unprofessional. Won’t be returning and won’t be recommending to any of my friends going forward.
Food was burnt almost black and their grill seemed quite dirty. Scraping layers of gunk off right next to my food while they’re cooking it. The place has really gone down hill since the new owners. One of the “cooks” gave me and my girlfriend attitude for subbing out our noodles for rice. Even having the option on the board! Why have it on your menu if you’re going to give your regulars attitude over swapping noodles for rice. Not to mention all the ridiculous “rules” about how to fill your bowl. Never coming back
Good food. Pick your own food in a bowl. They cook it for you. Decent price. Staff are always friendly.
We used to love coming here when we lived in Maple Ridge, it had been years since we passed thru, and decided to stop tonight.
Sadly I cannot say the food and service are of the same quality and with the increase in price it is really frustrating to open a box of burnt food. I don't think we will return.
Dry and tasteless food. Would avoid.
Great value!
Walked in door at 7:40 just wanted ice cream made me wait till last Customer got there food to say their closed.
I ordered the Wong tong miso soup it was so good nice and light on the stomach and very flavourful perfect for a nice cold day to warm you up so glad I decided to go definitely can’t wait to go again !!!!
One of the best places to eat in Maple Ridge. Everyone knows how expensive everything is nowadays, but the food you get for the price is unmatched. 20 dollars at McDonald's or Burger King and you're probably still hungry. 20 bucks here and you're eating good and you'll be stuffed. Please bring one to Mission.

There is no need to sweat it out when you are filling up your bowl to be cooked (like some other Mongolie grill) restaurants and watch what the scale says and then find out how much you are getting charged when they cook it for you.
Just simply fill up a desired portion and pay the set price....
There is a max amount you can fill the bowl so no need to stomp down the bowl, so keep it reasonable. The plate comes with a scoop of rice and 2 small spring rolls.

This is my place and only Asian food place that satisfies my noodle craving ..as long as you ad the right amount of sauces and oils .I eat their 2 times a week .
Delicious and keep it up .
A note to the owners ,please make sure the oils and sauces are not watered down or too light tasting as sometimes we need it to taste better ?
