Mitch sent a thermos with cream and oat milk on the side — beautifully presented as a complete package. Since I don’t drive, he went out of his way to personally pick up and deliver the thermos. Outstanding customer service - very responsive to email inquiries.

So I arrived and ordered a large iced Americano. Which has 4 shots of espresso ( i made sure to ask before ordering). Recieved the Americano and I look at it and it first looked not brown enough, and then tasted it and it literally tasted so light and then I told her I want an extra shot figuring the server would clue into how not strong enough it was but she didn't. Then I paid an extra $2 for an extra shot of espresso and literally it was water down. I was shocked because I usually order Americanos and can taste the aroma of coffee. This was water down. Will not be returning

Unique coffee shop, great Vanilla Late, super friendly and helpful staff, nice decor and have Great Wall art you can take a photo with! Really recommend.

Coffee is good. Service is aloof and uninterested. If I go out of my way to patronize your establishment, I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering you. I had an Americano, which was good, better than most places, but was also nearly $1.50 more than I usually pay at C Market or Starbucks for the same size. I wanted to like this place but I won’t come back.

I have come to the nut a few times for a drink and snack before/after some appointments I have just around the corner. The first time I went it was just under new management and the chai I had was ok, but then when I went back after some changes it was much better. I think they changed the blend? Not sure but it was much better. Then they came out with their spring menu with iced teas and man I'm addicted. I've only gotten a grilled cheese so far which was great, plan on having more of the food items soon!
The only thing that sometimes urks me is there is one barista that works that can be a bit off putting.. Everyone else is lovely, but she seems unbothered and just does her job and moves on. Which is fine, but from a small shop I think more people hope for the peppy chit chat, or at least a good morning and a smile.
Everything else is above and beyond and I'm so happy to support local!
