Honestly probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in BC, I work down the street from here and come here from time to time just to get something quick, but now it’s become absolutely unbearable. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or a staffing issue but the service is abysmal, it takes forever just to get your order in and it’s a 50/50 on whether it actually come out on time.

I have two examples of the poor service, one from a few months back when I ordered a farmers wrap with no eggs and extra sauce, they gave us a farmers wrap with no eggs and no sauce, it was probably a miscommunication which is understandable, but when we asked them if they can just put the sauce back in the wrap we where told that it’s ā€œimpossibleā€ for the to open the wrap and put sauce in. When we asked if maybe they can remake it they told us ā€œno we have other orders that need to go out firstā€. I’ve worked in a kitchen and as a server at three different restaurants, I know for a fact that when a customer complains about their meal not being the way they expected it to be, YOU FIX IT. You can easily get who ever is making the food to quickly make a wrap on the fly and both save yourself from embarrassment and the customer experience.

The second terrible experience happened today, after the first experience I’ve always tried to keep any order I place as simple as possible and today I ordered the double stacked egg box, after I ordered I was told it would take some time, understandable since the menu was 15 minutes from switching. I waited about 5 minutes and was handed a wrap, I told them that I had ordered the box, she took back the wrap but with disgust on her face, I brushed it off and waited for my box. 15 minutes pass and now I’m frustrated, I’ve been waiting and watching everybody else get there orders and not even a comment telling me how long it’s going to take, I eventually get back up there and ask how much longer, only for her to ask me ā€œwhat did you order?ā€, now I’m mad as they had me wait for 15 minutes and they weren’t even remaking my order. At this point I was already done so I told her again ā€œI ordered the boxā€, only for her to turn around and give me ANOTHER WRAP, I’m not joking when I tell you that I was doing everything in my power to be as clear as possible that I wanted to double stack breakfast box. She then leaves for the third time and I can hear her mumble under her breath saying things like ā€œmaybe you should be more clearā€, I wanted to scream at her, I wanted her to know that I knew what she said and that she should be fired but I just wanted my food and leave. She finally comes back to hand me a loaded chicken bowl, I’m sick, I’m tired, I’m angry at I just wanted to leave. I never got what I ordered and this has cemented that I will never order anything from this time hortons ever again. I know you don’t need my business but with the low effort and terrible quality you provide I do believe you will not last long in a community that expects better. If you’re looking to get a cup of coffee and some donuts go to either Vegas donuts or Bella Nonna’s.

I had the worst experience here especially the associate Veerpal was unprofessional. They prepared the wrong coffee instead of what i ordered and did not even make a new when i told them so. And actually add the thing i asked in the same coffee. Very poor customer service!!

Occasionally visited by rude clients but the staff is super patient and do their best to support and serve. Most of the staff is hardworking immigrants who do an amazing job of managing those occasional rude entitled customers.

No diabetic friendly as this location chooses to not have whole grain products that most other tims restaurants have.
