It has gone down hill they have people that can't speak English very well and or understand it... it was to the point were I canceled my order and left. Because she could not figure it out after telling her 3 times for my order, Now will not go back. They really need to step up there game alot and not to mention how dirty the hole intire place is . Needs to be cleaned.

I come to Tim Hortons every day for my coffee since timmy is nearby where is work. Today around 11 AM, I ordered an extra-large double-double and asked for two small any sort of cups. The staff told me they charge extra for cups, which I’ve never experienced at any other Tim Hortons. There is nothing written on their website about charging extra for cups. very disappointing.

Probably the most incompetent Tim Hortons in maple ridge. The lineups are always ridiculous so I usually do mobile order, and they take a long time to set up the order. Sometimes I’ll be waiting there for 5 to 10 minutes for a mobile order which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me, and when I ask for a refund they usually charge my account but the payment never comes through for some reason.
I spoke to the head guy about it (Edel) and he basically told me there’s nothing he can do about it, which is insane to me.
I think they need to work on they’re overall structure on how the team operates and be a little bit more organized so that little things like this don’t cost them a review like this from more future customers.

I visited recently and couldn’t believe how cold and unfriendly the atmosphere felt. The woman running the place had such a harsh attitude—toward customers. It’s a shame, because the management used to be great. Things have clearly changed for the worse. Whoever’s calling the shots now isn’t doing the place any favors. Won’t be going back.

Ordered a craveable they put it on a long bun, like if I ordered a pizza and the ran out of dough are they just gonna substitute a bun and be like we rean out of dough so we just used a bun? Idk what going on these days with fast food, where do they find these people ?
