The service is great here! They are fast with getting your food ready. I gave 4 stars for the Atmosphere because homeless people come in and fall asleep in the booths. Security or police are always there dealing with them.Update: the bathroom is gross. It’s been filthy for the last couple of days, it needs to be cleaned and sanitized.

wow what an absolute joke of customer service. we ordered 2 drinks and it got sent to a different store and then they ignored us. they would not remake them for us. staff need to be trained on customer service and how to handle situations like this. you do not make a customer travel across town for an iced capp that probably costs less than $0.30 cents to make. no other company does this. even starbucks with their $10 drinks they offer to remake if they are sent to the wrong location. i am looking forward to saving the money i would otherwise be spending at tim hortons.sincerely,Disgruntled.

I'm going through a Timmy's faze thanks to their large (and wonderful) sandwich menu. Love the combo meal option with so many great donuts to choose from. But now I'm more into the potato wedges which are addictive! The staff at this location are quite friendly, so that is a plus as well.
If you like a little bit of second hand meth smoke . This Tim Hortons is the place to be.

Every time I come here they don't have Decaf coffee. I understand most people drink Regular coffee but why have decaf on the menu if they never have it?
