they are very careless they don't know what they have to sell to the customer I ordered veggie wrap they include chicken inside and when I go to the highway I noticed when i taste it another problem is that I have a diabetes so I have to eat after 15 minutes there is life-threatening situation for me and it's very hard for me to eat within 50 made when I was on the highway I come back and say your fault but nobody care about anything so I am going to file a complaint and maybe I can also file sue you on this Tim Horton

Had my lunch here as a quick stop and the service was quick and the staff is very friendly. Food was yummy!

Often come here for a coffee in the mornings and the staff are friendly and quick! It’s a great part of my morning each day.

Not sure what's going on with the Tim's but I cannot receive a consistently made drink here anymore. Very simple drink with a simple 2 and 2 added but every day the drink I end up with is wildly different. Without consistency I have no reason to go here.

Seems to be a problem getting drinks right in the drive thru. Yesterday, after waiting 10 minutes and then confirming my order, it was wrong AGAIN. I should know better from this location that even triple-checking at pick-up it is usually wrong. It would help if the lid was marked what it was. Another drink down the sink.

Way to long of a wait at the drive thru for simple order of timbits and a bagel.

Realy bad service. And. Bad behaviour. I wont go this location my whole life .

Ordered a candy cane latte it was so Bad l had to dump it..it looked so weird a dark brown Color.it could have been someone else order but it wasn’t mind. Nexts time l will look first or l may not go to this one anymore.

Time after time going to Tim’s and getting terrible service and food from different locations, this location has never disappointed! Doesn’t matter how busy it has been I’ve always gotten amazing service with a smile and the food actually tastes like it’s supposed to. Thank you to everyone at the Loughead Highway Maple Ridge location for always being amazing, welcoming and friendly! Only Tim’s location I’ll go to.
