I recently noticed a change in the staff and the service and food has got so much better

I regularly get my coffee from here today I bought wedges and it was over cooked and less than normally get. They try to hide under the napkins ...

I ordered a steeped tea, and the staff gave me cold tea. When I asked them to change it, they did not listen at first. After that, they made me wait a long time, while serving other customers before me. When they finally gave me the tea again, it was still cold.
This was very frustrating and disappointing. I expect better service and proper quality from Tim Hortons.

Crew who took my order didn’t know how to work on the promo. Showed the actual promo on the app that I would like to get and still didn’t get it. Missed the drinks we ordered. Had to wait and follow up. Only then they made the drinks.

they are very careless they don't know what they have to sell to the customer I ordered veggie wrap they include chicken inside and when I go to the highway I noticed when i taste it another problem is that I have a diabetes so I have to eat after 15 minutes there is life-threatening situation for me and it's very hard for me to eat within 50 made when I was on the highway I come back and say your fault but nobody care about anything so I am going to file a complaint and maybe I can also file sue you on this Tim Horton
