Visited on August 28th around 5 PM and ordered the 3 meat flatbread pizza with ranch dip. By the next morning (August 29th), I developed severe food poisoning symptoms that were bad enough to require taking a sick day from work. This appears to be directly related to the food I consumed here, as it was the only meal I had that day that could have caused this reaction.

By far the worst tim hortons ive ever been in. Sadly its one closest to our house. Every day they manage to screw up our order. Some of the staff are rude and pushy at the window and dont let you finish speaking. Would be nice to actually get what ive paid for.

Consistently have gone through this drive through on my way to work. My order is usually the same. Simply sausage biscuit with extra cheese. Often I will get ANYTHING but what I order. I get a sausage biscuit with egg, a sausage biscuit with no cheese, a sausage biscuit with only 1 piece of cheese. It happens at least 50% of the time. And I always have to go back to another one and have it fixed. Their employees are rude when you ask for it to be repeated back, terrible. If you were consistent people wouldn't be asking for orders to be repeated back!
Seriously is costing us in gas every time its wrong having to drive all the way back to your location or to another location. And its happened too many times for us to just ignore it. Its costing us double in gas every time. Over it. Emailing corporate every time this happens from now on so maybe they might be able to offer support to a seriously lacking location.

Morning staff are amazing and very quick and efficient. Later staff are generally slower and at one time it took almost 10 minutes of standing at the counter until somebody helped me. Also please put back on DoorDash!!!!!

I thought i would never ever leave a review for … timies lol ! But here I am , heavily pregnant, having an energetic toddler and its very hot summer day! Took him to a park , nah , too hot … so where to go so that he burn his energy? Lets go to timies ! Then i check out their menu… tangerine with whipped cream??? Tried it with side of fries and … IT … IS… HEAVEN!

It seems alot of the Tim Hortons staff need to be educated in customer service! My girlfriend asked for more sugar and was told she should have asked for extra when placing the order...She told the gal that if they had made it properly in the first place she wouldn't need more... the gal then rolled her eyes. 🤔
