It seems alot of the Tim Hortons staff need to be educated in customer service! My girlfriend asked for more sugar and was told she should have asked for extra when placing the order...She told the gal that if they had made it properly in the first place she wouldn't need more... the gal then rolled her eyes. 🤔

By far the best Tim Hortons. The ones in Surrey are awful, they hardly fill the wraps & cream cheese. This one is fast & always has lots of fillings and properly spread cream cheese 😂 thank you!

Stood at counter for 10 mi being ignored by staff. When I was served it was like I was bothering them. Sad. Was going to get food but decided not to with the attitude I got.

Drive thru speaker did not work very well, the employee taking my order tells me to pull forward so I can order the rest then when I get to the window the female employee rushes me to complete my order and did not listen to my issue. I ended up paying for my drinks only and left. Very dissatisfied with the young Asians who do not understand English.

The big lady at the window in the mornings will completely ruin the experience. She is rude, impatient, and will mutter words at you under her breath. When asked to repeat herself, she wouldnt.
Im surprised they let someone with zero people skills hold a front window position. Can only imagine how she treats other staff.
Id recommend going to the 230th location. Much better service, much better food and coffee, much better atmosphere over all. The 240th location is not worth it.

The scanner for the app at the drive thru window has been broken for weeks and I have missed out on a couple hundred dollars in points and nobody in that drive thru window gives a shit about me missing the points also they constantly mess up my order and I don’t have time to come back as I am headed to work and sometimes I don’t find out until I get to work. Like today I ordered a Boston cream and the icing was stuck to the bag and I ordered a plain bagel doubled toasted with bacon and cheddar cheese when I got to work it was a plain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese??? What the hell??? Please fix all this as your restaurant manager maybe needs to be replaced!!!!! We’ll still been another couple of weeks and still broken. This is unbelievable!!!!!

Chai tea latte was a disaster and had to be tossed. It was gross. I think it may have been someone new as he asked questions on how to make it. And asked me a few times. I couldn't understand why and repeatedly said no one has ever asked me this!

Tim Hortons is supposed to be an institution for early morning commuting Canadian worker. This location is the absolute opposite. They claim to be open 24hrs but when we pulled up this morning at 445 we were informed that they had no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no timbits. Why are they even open? Absolute joke. But the kicker that has now made our morning even better? Getting halfway to work and noticing our double double coffees were both black and stale.

Worst experience of my life at any Tim Hortons and I go almost daily. Started out with the drive thru. Watching the left lane fly by, car after car. 9 cars passed by as I sat in the right lane behind 2 cars. I didn't see vast amounts of food handed out to anyone. Sometimes this can't be helped but it was BRUTAL waiting! I realize this cant be helped but "Kali" who said he was the manager handed me food which I put in my purse only to say he needed it back because it was wrong and I said, whoa, I would like that-i touched it and had it in my purse and he said..doesnt matter, it's wrapped. (what??) i said..i wouldn't like that as a customer and he said "that's you". Then he couldn't understand I was picking up 2 mobile orders and was getting frustrated and then called out to his staff that he has to know when there are 2! I told him at least 4 times..2 at the ordering window and twice at the drive thru. I asked for a manager and he said he was...Yikes! Poor staff and customers on that one.

Absolutely horrific experience going through the drive-through some little Filipino lady arguing with me about how something is ordered. This is literally something I ordered every morning on the way to work. It’s the exact same. I get a simply steak on a plain bagel. It cost $3.12, she tried charging me 550 and gave me the wrong sandwich I come back explain the mistake. She hand me $.60. I said this is still two dollars different from what I spend every morning then she tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about and offers me a receipt absolutely horrible. Will not go back.

Tried giving them another chance, this time instead of giving me the order i placed they missed half my meal yet charged me full price. Absolutely horrendous service
