They were out of every IPA and Pale ale and stout on a Monday when they know they have trivia night. Servers were awesome and apologized for the lack of beer but come on- it's a pub- it's what you do.

I really wish this place will step it up or close its doors. Ordered wings $19 for 7 wings. Which two were deformed. Their beer is always skunky and warm out of the taps. I live a block away and used to go all the time. This was my first time back in a year. It will be my last.

I received my food at least 15 min before anyone else at my table. Pizza was warm but looks dry as hell.
Only half our meals have been served and mine is in a to-go container now.

Disappointed with the service toward delivery drivers

I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and recently had a frustrating experience at Townhall in Maple Ridge. When I arrived to pick up an order, the waitress at the counter completely ignored me—even after I tried to politely get her attention. I understand restaurants can be busy, but a simple acknowledgment or a quick “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way.

Delivery drivers are part of what keeps take-out service running smoothly, and it would be great to see more respect and communication. I hope the management can improve the way staff interact with drivers in the future.

Jase and Anjeli were the best bartenders I’ve had! Would come back again just for them. $0.59 wings were very good also. 10/10

Had the best customer service I’ve had in a while. We came in for a performance by the Emerald Pig Theatrical Society (which might I add is great and you should definitely check them out.) Sydney and Kieran were super friendly and gave us impeccable service. We will be coming back more often. The food was great, and our meals came out very quick, though some people got their food a little later.

If I could recommend one thing, I would suggest updating the beer menu as majority of the beers weren’t available.
All together great service, great food. I am super impressed.

The TownHall is our favourite place ever to go for brunch! Great value and excellent food with exceptional service! Ashley, Syd, Cass, Rachel- thank you for always making us feel special!

Worst hospitallity ever.. dont come here.. new staff is worst

The servers are SO friendly here, Sydney was the funniest and so nice she genuinely made our experience 10 times better. If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Definitely recommend coming here, especially since breakfast is CHEAP.

Half our party returned the burgers, the beers were warm and flat. A few actually returned their beers cause the taste was awful. Over all a disappointing evening. Would not go back. Not to mention waiting hours for food and 30 minutes for a drink.

It was really good I come with my friends from coquitlam and north Vancouver. I used to come from 2012 and always recommend it to every one I know.

Sat at the bar and had the loviest bartender Haylie attending to me. My family and I frequent town hall but she’s a new face, she’s a personality for sure! Not super busy and very affordable.

Staff need special training, unethical and behaviourless especially with drivers.

My neighbour told me about the $5.99 weekend special and it did not disappoint. The table was a bit sticky when we sat down but our server immediately went and wiped it down for us no questions asked. Food was out quickly and all of the staff were all so friendly. Our server went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back next weekend. Great deal, great people.
