Townhall Maple Ridge

We made a reservation for brunch and were seated quickly. There was a special event happening that we were unaware of so the restaurant was super busy. The service was great for how busy they were, and the food came out hot and fresh in a reasonable amount of time.

Service was phenomenal!!! But if you want to enjoy a meal and visit with your friends, I highly do not recommend going on a night when there is drag queen bingo lol. It was soooooo loud that we could not even carry on a conversation with each other. We were even seated in the back of the restaurant and it was still deafening. Really put a damper on our evening with friends. Have been there a few times and this was the only time we've been disappointed.

Food was ok nothing fabulous I expected more I guess I had fish n chips very oily fries hood and the tartar sauce great
Other person had saltnpepper wings they were basically plain
And other person had atuna bowl or something like that that was good .
New waitress 4 trips to even get our drinks.
Overall for the price and food I won't be back

In this restaurant the food takes a long time to make and the service is slow, and the waiter is very arrogant.

Our server was lovely and was doing her best based on the circumstances. Everything felt sticky and needed to be deep cleaned. They allow children yet how absolutely no facilities for them including high chairs, booster seats or a kids menu. The brussel sprout appetizer was inedible. Luckily it was removed from our bill however, even so the portion vs the price was not good value. They were also sold out of Guinness. It was just a series of events that lead to a poor visit. The only saving grace was the service as she was kind, apologetic and definitely doesn't deserve to be scolded for things that are out of her control. She dealt with it well. Sadly, I can't remember her name. I don't personally eat breakfast food but, based on what the rest of our table said and their feedback from previous visits, breakfast special is the only reason to go now as the rest of the menu is underwhelming. It's sad because pre covid, we went often and enjoyed the food.

We came here for a work lunch and had a lovely time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The food was well-prepared and flavourful—everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. There were a couple of small details that could have elevated the experience even further; the washrooms need improvement, but overall, it was a great spot for a business lunch. We'll definitely consider coming back

We had a wonderful New Year's brunch in a perfect setting...the music was low and pleasant, the lighting was not too bright, and the food and servers - amazing!!! We will definitely be back for their daily deals. This will be a “go-to” favourite for us!
