Just horrible
We went into the store to order. They were extremely rude to us and our food had to be returned as it was wrong... We were in shock how rude they were.... Very disappointed in this location....

I used to order blueberry milkshake regularly and the same girl used to serve me. Today i bought the blueberry milkshake and she give it to me without whipped topping and when i asked her there no whip topping she put it on later . I find out they need to make new whipped topping that why she lied to me that customer need to ask for whipped topping . You guys cab simply tell customers that you need time to make whipped topping. why you guys lie to customers. Moreover there was a guy who also like commenting on the situation going on there when i was ordering and asking about my order.Totally bad atmosphere and environment. I will not visit this store again. This happen on 7 july in evening.

Terribly slow. Priority orders are not prioritized. Waited 5 minutes to just be acknowledged. Food was okay. Overall not worth coming here for fast food. Service is a -10.

store hours not properly reflected, says you are open until 11 pm on line, then you say you close at 10 but at 950 you dont serve customers. doesnt feel great to be a customer.

If you're on the hunt for some of the juiciest burgers and crispiest fries in town, look no further than Triple O's! This spot lives up to its reputation with a menu packed with delicious options that cater to all tastes. From the moment you bite into one of their signature burgers, it's clear that quality is king. The patties are always cooked to perfection—juicy and flavorful, paired with fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and their iconic Triple "O" sauce which is absolutely to die for.

I feel their chicken strip size is much smaller compared to other locations. I probably will not come back even though I live in Maple Ridge. $11 for t tiny strips is too much.

Saturday night 8 pm, head to the maple ridge triple os for a milkshake. I’m told that they aren’t serving milkshakes because they are “to busy” I asked huh? And they said they are short staffed and takes to long. I said so does everything. I can wait, nope they refused. Now if I was an owner in this scenario I would be pissed my staff chose not to serve a customer wanting to get something from Triple os. Me as a customer then went to Burger King where they served me just fine. And just like that they have lost a customer. Terrible customer service terrible mentality,

It's my favourite fast food place, but is also the most expensive one in town. Milkshakes are now $8. The food here is definitely worth it though as finances permit. I pay for it by asking my family and friends for White Spot gift cards for my birthday and Christmas, and because my birthday is in June, I'm restocked every 6 months on the regular. ?
