This was a takeout order from Uber Eats. Tonight I ordered the month mushroom combo with a barqs rootbeer only to be met with extreme food poisoning with an hour of eating it! I tried to reach out to Uber with no help nor support so I am reaching out to the restaurant now directly. I ha e not been able to stop throwing up and having to go to the bathroom! This is not what I expected from white spot as this is not what I've ever encountered in store. I would like a refund for my full order and for this matter to be looked into further. As for now I will probably be spending my evening in the bathroom š¤¢š¤®š¤¢š¤® Will not order take out from this establishment ever again!

Extremely mediocre coffee frappes, the burgers are overpriced nowadays and often far too soft with wilted lettuce, and the Tuesday discount doesn't go far enough when trying to save some money. Can't recommend nowadays vs competitors.

Bad customer service ever and bitter taste of fries shows they dont change oil. When we ask them to call manager. She shows us attitude, she really needs to improve herself so rather than sitting near pop machine, girl do some work on your skills or you can also sit at home.

Worst service everytime, wastage of money, I been here multiple times it was really good before but now its just unprofessional, rude, poor service and so on. Owner should change the manager or give them proper training.
I came through the drive-thru well two of my bags were already sitting at the front beside the window in the freezing cold two people walked up to the counter had already gotten their food went and sat down and ate 15 minutes later still sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting for my food the lady apologized and said it's a big order I said I understand that so everything should have been made fresh instead of 2 bags waiting 15 minutes while everything else got ice cold she looked completely dumbfounded at me I said you know for $120 I would expect it to be at least warm rather than ice cold sitting in front of the cold window she again said but it's a big order since these new people have taken over the Triple O's has been absolutely terrible terrible service horrible atmosphere inside of there definitely learned my lesson and won't be going back there I knew I should have just went to White Spot
If I could leave a zero I would but I had no choice but to give at least a one

I love triple Os but this location is ridiculous. I donāt know whoās responsible, the people doing the training or the employees who obviously donāt care. They canāt follow a simple instruction like āno picklesā (every time itās an issue) but honestly the worst part is they forgot the bacon on my BACON cheese burger, on two separate occasions! Itās in the name for god sakesš
