I’ve been ordering takeout from this restaurant for a couple of years, but unfortunately the food quality has declined. In my last few orders, the food lacked flavor and didn’t taste fresh.
I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve had repeated bad experiences, and this was the third time. I hope you can focus more on consistency and quality, because what I received today, and in my last two orders, was very disappointing. Complete waste of money, I had to trash it again.

There was a deal on Christmas Chola Bhatora for $1.99. There was a big line we waited there for over 30 minutes in the cold, but when our turn was about to come they sent us all back and said no more people. When they could have just said no more people can join the line much before.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was so bad that I ended up getting sick and vomiting twice during the night. This was not only unpleasant but also concerning from a hygiene and safety standpoint.
To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. It felt like they were working under pressure, and there was no basic greeting or warmth in their service.
Overall it was a very poor experience, both in terms of food quality and hospitality.
It’s interesting how a single negative review is often followed by an unusually enthusiastic response from first-time reviewers.
