I never had a bad experience till today, i was very unhappy with my order. It was poorly packed and my drink lid wasn't on properly that made everything inside wet that my bag broke there wasnt ice either my drink was warm. I never make reviews but today Wendy's didn't do well.

Don't go inside even though you get better quality and hotter food. Not Wendy's but every fast food place only care about there drive thru and skip orders. I waited 20 minutes for my food, while my hamburger sat and got cold.

One staff member at this store told my 75 year old grandma she doesn't understand her because she's WHITE. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. Don't go to this store. Racist!

Ordered chicken strips the girl at the window said she put the sauces in... never did then wanted to charge me extra for sauces I never received for my meal, then never gave me my drink with my meal and the entire staff dissapeared from the drive through window. So after yelling to the window about needing another sauce she reluctantly gave me a single sauce says I should have paid for it. Not impressed
This location has gone downhill over the last year or so. Drive thru and dine in are both really slow. Not all of the staff are friendly, some are even rude. The restaurant could definatley be more clean.

Later night employees that just served us were very rude. the lady taking my order couldn’t hear me at first and asked to repeat the order so i did. once i reached the window was greeted with a surly attitude from the female window ladies and was treated with disrespect they had an impatient tone although we were the only ones in the drive thru. met with unwelcoming stares as if they didn’t want to serve us. i have had great experiences with this location considering it is the only one in maple ridge, going forward i will take my business elsewhere. food was good, fries could have been salted though.

Last night, I ordered for me and my family, their Taco Salad, a Chocolate Frosty, a fizzy Frosty, some chicken tenders with Honey Mustard, fries, Bacon Poutine, a cinnamon pull-apart bun with icing and a Strawberry Lemon Aid. I must say, everything that came to my house was perfect. I was only missing straws, but everything else came as requested, including napkins and various cutlery. Their take-out drink sizes aren't always shown to you on Skip when you order large combos like I did. but as for the taste? The Taco Salad was honestly amazing. I tried some of mom's Chicken Tender's and I wish I ordered some for me. I was not a fan of the Cinnamon Pull-Apart bun because I found it to be dry in my mouth, even with icing. And it made me very thirsty. Other than that, I'd definitely order there again. Their fries taste good for fast food, and their poutine was admittedly a bit mediocre because of how cold it got, but a couple of seconds in the microwave fixed that right up for us. For the price, it can't be beat and I have always loved and appreciated Wendy's food as I had their taco Salad a lot growing up as a child, it brought back fun memories to try it again after awhile.
