Went there on the way home from work today and I was served a COLD burger, The cheese wasn't even melted on it. Only reason I could justify the 2 stars was that I was able to enjoy the hot fries before going home to microwave my burger so that I could finish eating it. Not going here again at night.

Ordered delivery from Uber eats from here a few days ago. Got the Spongebob collab burger, pineapple frosty ,chicken nuggets and cinnabits. Only to have my delivery sent to me and my burger was cold and mushy and gross. I did not receive my cinnabites and I received two chicken nuggets in the pack. My frosty looked like it was half eaten just like my 6 piece nuggets obviously were and I guess they just forgot to give me the cinnabits. I did report this discrepancy to Uber eats to be faced with not eligible for refund (even though I sent pictures of my order and what was missing) nope they didn't care! So I've taken to google for my review of this location! I want my money back Wendy's I'm not paying for your staff to eat my food! So despicable. Will not ever be ordering from this establishment ever again! Stay clear of this place 😞

I went the first time to Wendy's with my to son.The worst costumer service and the person as a cashier I believe from east Indian . He almost fight with me and I ashamed infront of my children

Rude customer service, ordered a pickup through skipthedishes. Went to pickup via drive thru (was pouring) . Asked for my order at order window, they told me to drive ahead.
The person at delivery window was very rude, Just kept looking at me in a angry way . Had to repeat everything again, then he handed me my own order in a very weird way like he was doing some charity.
I was asked to come inside for pickup from next time. I pick food from Mcd and other stores all the time never had any issue. Weird Guy, if you don't want to work please quit. His way was very rude, never going back again. Could've said politely

Unbelievable location. If it's not the Wendy's App not working, their debit machine is down. If the Apps working, their point system is down. Employees complain how little they make and the store profits 20,000$ a day and even more on weekends. How about invest a couple thousand dollars into the store. There's an idea. Wow.
