Absolutely done with this location, tonight was the last straw. Don't know if its new staff or what but this last month food has been sub-par, fries are rarely fresh, cheese sauce is always lumpy. Tonight asked for root beer no ice with my meal, they said the machine was broken so I said okay to lemonade, they put ice in and completely refused to get a new one saying we didn't ask for no ice. They were both very rude at the window. In no way was that proper customer service. And I asked nicely for them to please switch it, their response was very uncalled for.

Prices have doubled in just a few years, a burger alone is now almost $10. The 1.99 menu is now 3.50. On top of the prices being higher the sizes have become smaller. The medium frosty looks like a small. The large chili looks like a small. The chili didn't come with crackers. There were zero napkins in the bag, and they had no dispensers in the store either. So so cheap and dirty, but glad the ceos are making millions in bonuses each year, don't want them starving.

Ordered a Frosty which was honestly fantastic other than that. The plastic spoon that it comes with had cut my lip, which is the 2nd time that it has happened, the spoon itself is sharp.

Hadn't been to Wendys in forever.Food was decent. Used a coupon and was able to upgrade (which some places won't). Fancy drink machine had LOADS of drink choices which was really nice.The also have nice salad options.Parking: Plenty of mall parking close to restaurant.Kid-friendliness: No play area - but fine for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Love the French toast sticks and breakfast sandwhiches and great service. Food is always fresh and hot.
Store cleanliness: 1/10As we walked in the dining area floor was dirty, tables were seen messy with crumbs, I had not been helped right away. I was waiting with my friend for approximately three minutes.Food wise: 4.5/10Breakfast wrap were up to par. Freshly made with great lasting taste. However, our two orders of french toast lacked freshness. Two bites into our wraps the french toast sticks got cold. In the future I hope they will serve all items on the orders fresh rather than leaving some items cold.Additional comments:Overall rating: 5/10Reason being we understand it has only been two hours since opening and there were not a lot of people working to attend all the positions of the store.Cheers!

The order taker was great. She greeted and thanked me, got all the specific details given right. She had a big smile when she handed me the order. Food was fresh - fries and the chicken ! The manager on duty seemed so cool ! He had a wide smile :) oh how I miss working ! I know the feeling being there so seeing their facial reactions/expressions while working brought nostalgia to me… keep up the good work !

Terrible.. Took forever to get ny food even though i was o ky one in the drive through.. When i got to the window for pick up the person did not even greet me. They continued their non work related conversation with another employee after finally being handed my food i was frustrated and just wanted to get home so didnt check the bags and discover after that half my order was missing.

Ordered a frosty..chino and only got iced coffee. Went through the drive thru again and told them. Then they gave a cup of icecream to add. We complained that they should redo it and even complained to their head office and no feedback.They were very rude about it and said they don't have a muxer to do the frostychino.

Horribly bad service! They never listen to you, they always get the order wrong, and you always leave unsatisfied!Tonight, I was grabbing a bunch of food for some friends, and I & we got the wrong order completely... was supposed to be 2 Dave Single combos (small drinks, medium fries), 1 jbc combo (small drink, medium fries, 1 crispy chicken BLT combo (small drink, medium fries) and 1 bacon double stack combo (medium fries, small drink).They ended up giving us 1 Dave's burger and small fries, 2 large drinks (which i never ordered), 1 chicken burger (which was wrapped in a JBC wrapper) small fries, and 3 deluxe cheese burgers with small fries. They mixed up the packaging for the burgers, gave us the wrong ones AND charged me for 3 combos (including 3 small drinks) BUT didn't give them to us. Not to mention the chicken was under cooked and the burgers were apparently "extremely cold & flavorless". All of that came up to over $60 dollars!!!!! Insanity!I am completely and utterly upset and unsatisfied with the service as well as the food. Definitely will NOT be coming here again!!
