This was the only place opened on Sunday. A bit pricy for such small portions. They don’t take cards, only cash. Beef chop suey was good.

Only good to go after work when youre starving, or if youre too lazy to cook, but despite that food prep is laughable, doesnt even 'feel' chinese, could literally make it at home
Has a family run vibe, with the kids running the cashier literally.

Not so golden. Ordered sweet and sour pork. With chow mein. Noodles were bland and clumped together. And the pork had a very sour taste. It was rancid. The only reason I hadn't asked for my money back was. I felt sorry for a small business. Please don't waste your money. Go a few blocks over to The Red Rooster.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever been served in a restaurant. It all tasted off and was borderline inedible. Eat elsewhere!

Nothing Chinese about the Chow Mein we got. Closer to Italian spaghetti than Chinese noodles. $35 later barely ate half of it. Nice waitress lady and atmosphere but the food left a lot to be desired.

Not good at all. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was bad I couldn’t really eat my meal at all. The flavour needs a lot of work

I say good food...
Love!! When I go out to eat with my kiddos, this is where we go :)
We'd intended to visit the newly opened Red Rooster, but they were closed despite their posted business hours. It had been a few years since we dined at Golden PAM, but the place was surprisingly busy with dine-in patrons. We ordered a combo of chow mein, wings and deep-fried prawns; wonton soup; and salt & pepper prawns. The chow mein was boring and lacked flavour, but the deep fried prawns had a nice light batter. We also liked the unique presentation of the salt & pepper prawns. The wonton soup could use a bit more work, though. Very little flavour. We hear this restaurant is closed (permanently? temporarily?) because the cook recently passed away.
Same great food as when I was a kid
Good food and friendly staff. A local favorite.
