It always smells like cooked meat gone rancid, like grease traps not emptied in months. It's getting worse over time. It's an old building so the ceiling and walls have had years of cooking smell build up. I honestly don't think it would pass a health inspection. Too bad because the staff are very polite and seem to work hard.

Very unprofessional restaurant. Open for breakfast and they don't have any hashbrowns. Were getting some from another store, but didn't make sure they.had what they needed for breakfast the day before. So no you don't get points for cleaning up a mess that should never have existed. Besides they said it would take 30 minutes. Too long when your customer's are in a rush. You're a fast food? Do you think it's acceptable to wait 30 minutes for hashbrowns.

One of the worst A&W restaurants you can go to in terms of waiting time. There can be 3 people in the lineup and you’d still be waiting 20-25 minutes just to get to the window, and then another 5-10 minutes before you get your food, EVEN if you order on their app to help make it go faster. I definitely recommend driving the extra distance and going to the A&W in Oyster Bay. It will save you a lot of time.

The restaurant needs a deep scrub cleaning. There were so many employees how about concentrating on cleaning. Food was o.k but I made the mistake of not checking the other reviews. I would have kept driving and looked for someplace else!

my friend and I got here with 10 minutes before they closed and went to the drive through and got ignored by the staff for thoes 10 minutes. 2 of the workers stood there and had a conversation while staring at us, and the third worker said no to us while we waited

Went through the drive thru 7 minutes before they closed (10:53 pm) and saw a man inside with a headset on. All I was going to order was a drink. He ignored me, and I pulled around 3 times but couldn't get his attention. I watched him take his headset off the 2nd time. I sat at the window for 5 minutes while they had a conversation clearly in my view and they both made eye contact with me. The 3rd time I pulled around they signaled for me to leave and said they're closed. It was still 10:57 and they didn't close until 11. I work in food service too and I understand last-minute orders suck. But if you're open until 11 then you take orders until 11. I have got a drink at the same time before without any issues. I tried to call the store and heard it ringing through the window. After I left I tried to call again, they answered the call and played a hugh pitched squealing sound though the speakers
