This is for delivery drivers trying to pick up their customers orders, they won't have the order ready if it's in the morning, they tell you they can't make it right now because it's lunch stuff??? Ok the pickup time has passed and now we gotta wait 20 more minutes for $6 not worth picking up front here. Turn your machines off if your not ready to accept orders, that simple.

Shoutout to the lady working at this location this morning who dealt with an extremely entitled and disrespectful elderly woman who sat at one of the only 2 out of probably 30 tables that was dirty, called over the lady working the register to clean it while she sat and watched, even saying - no joke "you missed a spot" then proceeded to tell her "there are some crumbs on that table over there, too" pointing to a table that had just left and sat and stared at her while she cleaned it. She dealt with her with class and patience that I myself wouldn't have been able to muster. The audacity of some people astounds me. Wish I had her name to put in the review. She deserves a raise!

Dirty store, green in my bacon n egger, expensive brew coffee with almost no coffee in it, frozen coffee with sweet cream was basically just sweet cream. I could go on. A & W used to be my favorite. The only decent one in nanaimo is the one in the mall. And that's probably because they have to keep up to certain standards.

In at 1:30, ordered specials, hamburger overcooked, fries lukewarm, root beer warm, 5 customers in store. Why can we not get a hot meal anymore? It’s all about cooking in advance , then serve customers with cool foods. Absolutely pissed!!!

I went through drive thru wait for 10-15 mins in lane and asked for chipotle dip with food the girl said you need to pay I paid for that but you know what did not get my dip in bag. Then I went inside and asked I am missing my dip the girl came very slowly from dining area and I asked I am missing my dip she said I am gonna look for your order first she looked very slowly on screen then asked another staff and gave me dip after long wait. There is no apology came from her mouth. Simply lazy and unprofessional staff. Horrible experience It’s ok to do mistake but at least apologize to customer.

Quality burgers with fresh ingredients. Good value deals on offer as well. Well maintained and very clean. They serve decent coffee as well. Plenty of seating and parking.
We went through the drive-thru and that had to be one of the longest waits I have ever encountered. We waited at least 15-20 minutes once we got into the pick up window. There was only one car in front of us too.. no idea what took so long but would not recommend if you’re in a hurry.

Wow! This restaurant is filthy, never seen anything like it. The grill was nasty and hadn't looked like it had been cleaned in a week. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen and the eating area. The oil was old and the burgers tasted like old grease too. We got our money back and left. There was also no English being spoken behind the counter which I find a bit rude and there were no locals working their either. Will never be back! There is a complete lack of standards here.

The last 3 times I've dined in, I had to clean a table before using it. Also had to wipe crumbs off the seat. Staff is friendly and the food is acceptable. They're either understaffed or have low standards of cleanliness for a dining establishment.

Have a chocolate shake filled half way and a bug in my drink not cool I call and talked to manger she said nothing they can do had to go through doordash. If you want to eat here you might get something extra with your meal.
