We like A&W in general, but we found this one to be less clean than most, and my wife's sausage on her sausage and egger was overdone, as was the guy next to us' toast.

Burger was nothing like the picture. It was supposed to come with slices of tomato and cheese, but there were only onion rings and pickles. The burgers themselves were quite tasty but overall the product was disappointing

All good except didn’t have glass cups for eat in and table was sticky. One teen burger paddy was in pieces, kept falling out of bun, but tasted ok.

Our meal was ok. The one thing that is rather disturbing is we watched them putting our burgers together in the back without food safe gloves on. They were doing it all bare handed which in this day an age is not widely acceptable especially after the world event known as the pandemic (covid).
The guy taking my order had one of the worst odor I’ve smelled in a while. As soon as he open the drive through window I felt it right away. He handed me a chocolate milk bottle and that bottle smelled the same. Threw away that bottle unopened. Terrible hygiene, imagine the food.

THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE STAFF OVER NIGHT!! went there on July 23 at about 1am and there was one person working the entire restaurant. We ordered 2 chicken burgers and 2 drinks but instead we got a chicken burger and poutine. We went through again and he corrected this mistake. I don’t blame him I blame the people who put him in charge over night. But the burger and fries where very good
