the guy who made my root beer shake was really nice. there was an annoying woman who kept complaining about her hot chocolate, and he handled it much better than i would have. shoutout to that guy for his patience and dedication to the craft. i didn’t see his name tag because frankly, i wanted to get out of there, but the wonderful customer service does not go unnoticed. great job!

This place is run by amazing hardworking people. The placement of the store is disappointing as its downtown and attractsa certain type of people. I just wanted to say. People who work here deserve better. They work so hard and they spend so much time cleaning and taking care of things they shouldn't have to. Things that don't come in the job description. They deserve more pay, more respect. If you decide to eat here make sure you respect the place. Don't give these hard working people more work. They are doing their best and don't deserve to clean up messes that are your fault. (Preventable)
