Absolutely the worst A&W out there, all I ask when I go there is if they can put some teen sauce in a gravy container so I can dip my fries, they give me issues every singe time, why is that so much of an issue????? Ruins my lunch or dinner everytime I go there, I also pick up from skip and I try to avoid it as much as possible at this point. Not sure why they give me hassle and problems everytime I try and get one. It's always "oh we have no way to charge for that" "we aren't able to do that" why???? What is the major issue.

I am pregnant, i was starving so tried order from this store using different apps but it didn’t work. Then i called the store this kind little girl helped me patiently with everything i needed and took my order and made sure it is right. Thank you again.❤️❤️

Won't be getting food from here again. Where ordering there was a note taped up saying 2 Teen burgers for $12.99. I ordered that and regular fries. I was overcharged by about $5 and complained. After holding a conference with 2 other employees, I was given some money back and told I wasn't being charged for the fries. I calculated when I got home and I was still overcharged 25 cents. Negligible but there's another A&W in South Common where the fries aren't cold, and I've never been overcharged. I try to help keep downtown businesses open but not this one. Very disappointed.

They got most of my entire order wrong, and irrespective. Everything was cooked poorly (mostly raw), and the coffee was provided to me black when I asked for sugar and cream... Never going here again.

Brought kids for hollween free kids and was geting 2 meals for parents told they were sold out of kids meals and had to pay for everything no problem then a parent with a group of kids behind me was told same thing obviously hadnt git the money and forced to leave with crying children real awful experience as I sat down though to myself didnt offer them fries or drink nothing falsely advertised and offered nothing but a bad experience. with rising food costs I think I'll spend my money elsewhere really bad offer expires for kids at 5.30 in afternoon ? Sold out of fries and burgers too cheap ass shit
