I wasnt really expecting much as this place looks very low key but my package of dynamite roll was amazing! The rice was just right! I will definitely be back. The price was great as well! Certainly some of the best sushi I have had in Nanaimo!

We were the last order of the night. We were blown away at how delicious everything was. Made right in front of us. I wish I ordered more! No complaints at all. Fairly priced too! That bento was just bang on. This Restaurant was clean and well decorated. There is ample parking too! Very friendly staff. Very fast at making orders.

this place is awful, i got a cooked tuna and it smelt like actual garbage and the tuna looked like chewed up dog food and not only that but they asked for a TIP? all i did was walk in, grab my own sushi and they have the audacity to ask for a tip? the food is probably days old and rotten and the smell inside the place is also pungent of rotten food, reflecting the quality of their food. i would advise you starve over even considering buying or walking inside this place.

not the worst I've had. Decent prices. I was kind of looking for more than just sushi. I had the Dynamite Bento it was meh, rated right up with grocery store sushi. The miso wasn't hot, the Gyosa felt and tasted like they were done in a toaster oven, instead of a grill, the best part was the fruit salad. 3* is a bit of a stretch, but worth more than 2*

Chicken teriyaki Don was well priced and great portion. The sauce is perfect, the chicken is fresh and I'm pleased with the amount of vegetables. I'll be making this my go to sushi place for nanaimo.
Pretty good sushi and teriyaki here. I had the beef bento which came with a loy of sides and was fairly prices (approx $18ish after taxes). While you can stay in and eat this place is more for take out so keep that in mind.
