Best pizza in Nanaimo by a good margin. I have basically forgotten all the other pizza places in town at this point. They now all mean squat to me. The Ali Baba Pizza Company is #1 easily.

very "under promise, over deliver" kinda vibe from this place! always incredibly prompt service / delivery, pizza hasn't never disappointed (vegan pizza is PHENOMENAL).

Very unprofessional. The driver could barely speak any English. Refused me the right to speak to a manager over an issue. Pretty sure that’s a right we have here in Canada. This isn’t a third world country. So on that front. I’ll never order from them again and they need to perhaps look into there customer service side of things. Absolutely unbelievable

Very good gluten free crust! As well, the sauce was very flavourful with fresh ingredients for the toppings. I definitely recommend trying Ali Baba's!

I am incredibly frustrated with my visit to this pizza place. I paid an exorbitant amount for a pizza that was shockingly underwhelming. The size of the pizza was disappointing for the price, and when it finally arrived—after an agonizing wait of over 30 minutes—it was dry and lacked any real taste. The toppings were bland and unappetizing, making each bite feel like a chore rather than a treat. The long wait only compounded my frustration, as I had high hopes for a delicious meal that never materialized. The entire experience felt like a massive letdown and an unjustifiable expense. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic pizza And most of all Fantastic service Called in a order after 9pm wasn't to sure if they would take my order seeing that it was almost 930 but the gentleman was very helpful and friendly pizza showed up nice and hot! most definitely recommended this pizza place
it just has gone way down hill the pizza by the slice at millstream market is always very dry and has clearly been re heated multiple times. I'm done.

Great Pizza!But, I want to comment specifically on the service I've received. I work at the information desk in the hospital and I often see Von delivering Pizzas here for staff members. Every time I've seen him come in, he is kind, positive, and incredibly friendly to everyone.Many of people here at the hospital have mentioned similar experiences.Thanks for the great pizza, and thanks even more for the fantastic service, Von!

Just an update on my experience. We gave Ali Baba another chance and they where able to produce good quality food in a timely manner.I ordered 2 large pizzas Carnivore and Tuscan. Had a slice of our Carnivore pizza and instantly regretted it. The taste was that of rancid mozzarella that was moldy. We ended throwing the pizza away. Cost us 60$ as we got extra meat as well. Very sad that you would not make sure you are only putting fresh product on your food.

Ali Baba used to be my favourite pizza but the last couple of times we’ve ordered have been disappointing. Very skimpy on all the toppings, barely any ground beef on the Greek pizza, hardly any sauce. Won’t order from them again sadly
