Our go to pizza place in Nanaimo. Consistency here is off the chart. Never have had a bad experience. We travel for work, all over the country, and Ali Baba is tops for us along with Houston Pizza in Saskatchewan. The variety of toppings is seldom scene. The Marco Polo pizza is other world. Chicken wings are very well done and you can’t leave those garlic cheese buns off the order….you just can’t. Delivery drivers are always super friendly, love you don’t use 3rd party delivery. Back when I was a university student, Ali Baba Pizza was a go to for me and my friends while attending UVic. One of my favourite pizza spots back in the 90s.
When a location opened in Nanaimo, I was quite happy. Sadly, not the same quality as it was 30-plus years ago. Still a fine pizza, but something is amiss. I do love going there periodically for slices when I feel the need to enjoy a tasty snack.

Very unprofessional. The driver could barely speak any English. Refused me the right to speak to a manager over an issue. Pretty sure that’s a right we have here in Canada. This isn’t a third world country. So on that front. I’ll never order from them again and they need to perhaps look into there customer service side of things. Absolutely unbelievable
