Drink I received consisted mostly of ice. Only got 5 sips, and couldn't get any of the boba at the bottom either.

Really disappointed with the smoothie made, it was tasteless when approached the person with the complaint they said they can't remake one, asked for a replacement or a refund the representative said they can't do anything for the purchase already made.
You need to pay if you want to get another one.
Better to buy something next door at tim hortons
I'm surprised how the management let's something like this affect their business.
I'm hoping to get my refund for the amount I paid or to get a response from the respective owners.

Very big city style bubble tea place. The drinks are good and staff friendly, but it's quite pricey, wouldn't have an issue except tapioca isn't included in the price. Imagine you order a cheeseburger, but it's an extra dollar if you want cheese on it sorta thing. Kind of stupid

If you order a drink with tapioca in it they charge you a extra dollar for the topping. Imagine if you went for Starbucks and ordered a cold brew with cold foam and they charged you for the cold foam even though it should be included in the drink price. Ridiculous.If the drink is listed as "X drink with tapioca" literally every sane person on earth assumes it's included in the drink, because that's how it works everywhere but here.

Kinda pricey and some of the staff are very rude but the drinks are great and the waffles taste good.

Kinda bummed since it was supposed to be a treat, but the girl didn't get our order right at all. Got a warm drink that was meant to be blended but wasn't just liquid and boba pearls. Both drinks were wrong. This and the girl seemed really rude and encumbered by 2 inches of finger nails. Just really not great experience over the many others where it has been good.

The cashier even listened what my order and start to do something I didn’t order. The prices is very high for a simple small beverage. For sure you find some better on Tim Hortons.

I have had mostly positive experiences with this place. Everyone has always been very nice, until they had done something wrong and then they completely tried to take advantage of me. My smoothie was full of little white fibers which I think were plastic or something synthetic. I gave them a chance to explain though and asked the three women working there if they had any idea what it was. All three had no idea what it was. So I asked if I could have a refund and they told me they couldn't refund me they could only give me a new smoothie. I obviously didn't want to consume anything more from there maybe containing the mystery fiber so I asked again if I could get a refund and they refused. So I said forget the new drink. It wasn't until my coworker who is a business major went there and threatened to sue them that they finally agreed to give me my money back. This is really unfortunate cause up until now I've had fine experiences there so I will not be going back

Used to love these guys, their flavour combos and selection is great... but recently they started limiting the number of options you can get (for pearls and jellies) and force you to up size to a large if you want more than 2 but still limit you to 3 max in a large. I dig a triple boba but sometimes, a double pearl double jelly with protien what hits the meal replacement spot, and thats no longer an option.

Went and got the cookies and cream to try bubble milk tea. It tasted awful after the first sip. Said I didn’t like it immediately and they asked if I wanted to buy a new one. Won’t be ordering from them again bad inconsiderate service will be contacting BBB.

Their taro smoothies are delicious and I appreciate that the staff wear masks! Also, the drinks are sealed, so no spilling on the way home.
