Bin 4 Burger Lounge

Cannot remember our servers name but she was absolutely lovely. Always have a lovely experience anytime we've gone. I would give our server 10 stars if possible.

Happy hour deals are fantastic and the food and drinks are great. Our server was overly enthusiastic (what are WE having today???) but not very efficient - she didn't quality check, we had empty plates on our table for a long time, she didn't refill our waters, and when she finally cleared our plates she asked if we wanted dessert or the bill, I said no thank you so she just said "I'll bring the bill." We wanted more drinks but decided no since clearly she didn't want us there anymore. Our last server was significantly better so I know this isn't the norm but this time wasn't my favorite.

Great go-to after Costco shopping! Beer is icy cold, unlike most establishments these days. Special shout out to the servers that make the experience that much better - Liam and April, keeping us coming back for more.

Bin 4 Burger Lounge is awesome. Such a functional and robust menu. Great deals and amazingly delicious burgers. This restaurant gets very busy so be ready to have some longer wait times for your food but it’s worth it. Friendly and professional staff who are all very experienced.

We walked in at 3pm on a Sunday, only 2 other tables were full (4 people at each table) and the rest of the restaurant was empty.
We waited 30 minutes for one diet coke, it never arrived so we walked out at 3:36 and went to FatBurger and had an amazing meal in less than 10 minutes!

Just had dinner with my friends, we had Liam as a waiter. He was AMAZING! He was courteous and punctual, answered all out our questions, as we hadn't been to Bin4 in quite a while.
Highly recommend going in for a burger, and the garlic aioli, sooo good.

Bin 4 in Nanaimo is an awesome place to eat, good servers, great drinks and excellent food, lots of variety from appetizers to salads to a multitude of burger choices, wide variety of dips and sides and buns for the burgers. Would take out of town company to this place as it's that good...

Manager Lim and bartender Rebecca were so engaging and hospitable! We will definitely be back for the great service, food and atmosphere. Thank you.

Food and service was AMAZING. We had server Liam and will return again with his service alone. We had waited a while for our food without complaint cause it was a Friday night and busy, we understand the industry and are not ones to complain. Liam was great by apologizing for the wait time and was on top of ensuring everything was okay. He was also super awesome with the kids and they loved him. We declined the free dessert he was trying to offer us so he had discounted our drinks for the night due to the long wait which was very generous. Overall a great experience tonight!

We are big fans of Bin4. After moving back from PEI we were excited to go to Bin4. The food was good but we noticed some disappointing changes. Shrinkflation in the size of the burgers. No homemade potato chips on the table anymore. No homemade ketchup.
It used to be a 5 star but now we feel it’s a 4.

I wouldn’t order via Uber. Their app twice has resulted in me receiving burgers from Bin 4 with no buns. When I called Bin 4 just after receiving my order today, the second time, we opened the boxes to find a cold small burger patty, and a pile of lettuce, but no bun. It wasn’t a burger. And the burgers possibly are smaller than they used to be.

When I called the restaurant, they blamed me for clicking the wrong box, saying I ordered a “lettuce stack”. And didn’t offer anything except to blame me.

I won’t ever, ever, give my business to them or Iber Eats again. That ship sunk with the disappointment today.

We have previously really enjoyed Bin 4. Now never going back.
