Bin 4 Burger Lounge

My husband's birthday....our server was excellent... her name Zerai V. the food was excellent. When the dressing on my salad was too spicy, our server immediately brought me another... perfect! We will be back. Our grandson said his burger was the best ever! Thank you!

The food was way over cooked tonight. Burger was dry. Chicken was dry. Our last visit was great however. That table right behind the cash register is sooooo uncomfortable. Too small. Bench seats too low. Overall not a good experience tonight. Don't think we will go back for awhile

My favourite place to go!!! The food is always high quality, the service is the best I've had in a very long time and the atmosphere is cozy. I love how they always have a different cheesecake feature ♡ the chicken strips are the best and that's coming from a girl who has eaten so many chicken strips I'm surprised I haven't turned into one 😅 thank you for always being amazing ! 10000/10

Excellent service, good atmosphere but the burgers were not the best. The burger was overcooked and overpriced. The standout items were the dipping sauces. Lots of selection on the menu, will try something other than a beef burger if I go again.

After a very traumatic day at my children’s school, we decided to stop by Bin 4 in hopes of lightening the mood with a bite to eat. Our server, Kristin, was incredibly friendly and compassionate. I felt a bit embarrassed with my red, tear-filled eyes, but she listened as we shared a bit about what had happened. The staff was so kind and understanding—they even sent over a round of drinks, and later, the manager came by to say dessert was on the house. The tears kept flowing as we processed our day, but we felt truly supported.

When it came time to pay, our server told us that several of the staff had covered our bill. We were so deeply touched by their generosity and kindness, and we were greeted with warm hugs and sincere acknowledgment. It was a beautiful and meaningful gesture that we will never forget.

The food was delicious, and we left feeling lighter in our hearts, grateful that such good people still exist. We will definitely be back and will forever sing the praises of this special place and their wonderful staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💞

Exceptional Service and Unmatched Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of being served here, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal!
Our server, April, truly went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. From the moment we sat down, her warmth and professionalism were evident, and they were incredibly attentive without being overbearing.
her enthusiasm for the food was contagious, and every suggestion was a hit and we never felt rushed or neglected.

April had a knack for small, thoughtful gestures that made our evening special. Whether it was promptly refilling our drinks or sharing in conversation, she made us feel welcome and at home.

Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a dining experience that is both memorable and enjoyable. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly unmatched, and I look forward to returning soon for another fantastic meal!

Burgers are always either undercooked to the point of being raw-soft in the middle, or they're overcooked dry bricks. Often lacking the same flavour that was present 2+ years ago. Not worth the money, even during late night discounts. This negative experience applies to dine in, take out, and delivery.

Very poor customer service (Monday evening). They do not know how to treat customers or delivery drivers. I was spoken to in an aggressive tone when asking why the order took so long that I was picking up for delivery. I will never come back to this restaurant to be disrespected this way again.

Edited to add(Oct 21), I waited over 10 mins after the expo girl who went to check on the order initially, before asking what was taking so long. As a delivery driver, we don’t get paid hourly and the small fee we do get is much less than minimum wage when restaurants don’t have orders ready at the time of arrival on the app. Instead of arguing with me that it wasn’t her fault that I was early (which I was not per the app, which I showed her), she should have apologized for the inconvenience. Instead she argued with an aggressive condescending tone to blame me for “being early.”

ETA again(oct 25) after seeing I was reported by this restaurant. Pretty sad to see I was reported on the delivery app as being “unprofessional” by this restaurant when they’re the ones who were disrespectful and unprofessional when asking about the status of an order. Not only was I left waiting for over 10 mins with no follow up as to when the order would be ready, I was yelled at when I was trying to explain what was was happening in my delivery app (e.g. expected time of arrival) as the girl rudely stated I was early. For the restaurant to turn around and attempt to TRY and affect my income by reporting me, is pathetic and very predatory.

If I was worried about me being unprofessional, I wouldn’t have posted a google review with my identity to warn others or unpaired myself from further deliveries with the delivery app to avoid further conflict, prior to seeing that I was report d. Do better.

While I was in the restaurant for the 15 or so mins, I also observed multiple tables having to ask for service as none of the waitresses or staff were paying attention to customers (this includes delivery drivers).

And the drinks were all ice and barely any drink
