We arrived after lunch. Ordered our meal and sat there for over an hour as others that were seated before us were receiving their meals. We were ready to leave when they finally came with our meal. The fries were over cooked as well as our burgers. We weren't happy. I won't come back. Very disappointed since the one in Victoria was so good.We came in tonight to try this restaurant out again. I decided to have the Vietnamese lettuce wrap which was good. My girl had the mushroom burger that looked a lot better then the one I had previously. It was our first time at this burger place. My partner is gluten free so we decided together to have two different gluten free options so we could try them both.We will start on service. It was ok but really didn't feel taken care of and we were rushed to finish our meal and leave as there was a waiting list. Server actually gave us a time we had to leave by. Not cool as we made a reservation to ensure we had the time to enjoy our date night. Once our food was served noone came to check on us to ask how the food was, nor if we needed a top up on our drinks. Thumbs down on the serviceWe were both very excited to try the burgers. I mean they sounded great on the menu. The ingredients for each burger looked absolutely delightful. Choices that could satisfy any burger lovers taste. I choose the bison burger with a gluten free bun, (as we were going to share so we could try both burgers.) My date choice the Italian chicken on the lettuce stacker. Both were ok at best. The bison burger was a small portion with a price of white cheese on it, lettuce and I slice of tomato. The sauce was under the burger patty and had a good spicy flavour. Gluten free bun was dry, (would not order it again.) The Italian chicken that came on the lettuce stack... The stack consisted of two pieces of romain lettuce with on basil leaf on top. Once again a small portion of protein. The bruschetta topping was great flavor but that was the highlight. The bacon was way over cooked, couldn't cut it and had to eat with her fingers. Extra crispy fried were spot on!!Both dishes were not garnished and overall presentation was sloppy and not inviting. We all eat with our eyes as well as our mouths. The disappointment started before we even tasted our burger choices.Overall a very disappointing first visit to Bin 4 Burger! Inferior service, average at best food, and rushed out the door. Based on our experience I would not recommend.

Dear Bin 4 Burger Management, please give your employee -April a rise!Me and my fiancé went there one time out of curiosity for the late night burger deal, the food was amazing, but April is the reason that we came back at least once a week!April is so sweet and kind, really listens what do you want, ACTUALLY will get your order right, and also I’ve watched her dealt with a full house only with another employee , which was a really stressful situation.She is an asset to this company and she definitely deserves a raise because she cares about her job, she cares about her customers , and you guys don’t want to lose her!

The service was ok .the burger I ordered was warm and dry must have been reheated or left under the heat element. My wife had the chicken burger she had to eat it with a knife and fork the onion ring were hot fries were warm on the bottom . Server asked us how is everything I explained to her that the burger was not hot she said something about she did not bring us the food and she left.If I wanted a warm burger I would go and eat on the ferry ⛴️ I have been waiting all week to go out for this burger ? because it was my birthdayWhat a disappointment

We had a great experience at Bin 4. The service, food and drinks were fantastic. It was the Dine Out menu option which was an added bonus. The deep fried dill pickles and burger with wild mushrooms were top notch. We cannot wait to go back.

Both burgers were cold.I was paying for an elevated experience and was massively disappointed.Unacceptable food portion and quality.We ordered through Skip the Dishes with no resolution.
