Blenz Coffee

I spent an hour or so there drinking amazingly wonderful assam organic tea - I’m British so I know a cup of tea I think. It was the best tea ever and the staff were super friendly and helpful - highly recto end plus food looked fab - will be back - special place and away from the good court! Near washrooms though. Great seat. Go there or be square - across from Sephora David

Best Mocha ever. The chocolate that they use is amazing. Also the plant based chocolate chip cookie is delicious. The new owner and the stuff are sooooo kind. I for sure recomend.

I work next door to blenz and have found the new owners have made lots of changes ( for the better )
It looks amazing ,clean and friendly with lots of choices.

Absolutely slay service, especially from the lad named Sebastian. Always going above and beyond to ensure the workplace is flowing at a reasonable pace for such a high traffic coffee shop! Kudos to the new owners as well, looking forward to what they will bring!

Staff are friendly and efficient, drinks are delicious as always. Highly recommend Blenz if your looking for quality coffee and service!

We came in today and bought all of our drinks and when we went to go and get the lids for teh coffee cups they were out of lids?

They also were out of Chai and London Fog. They should just close if they do not have the basic things for customers.

So I left a tip so the guy who was actually making the drinks would get something. But the kid serving??? Clearly he didn't really want to be there. So why not find another job NOT in the service industry, where part of the job is to smile and be pleasant.

Workers were very friendly! Especially the girl working registor, exained all the awnsers to my questiom, told me her experience with the drinks shes tried, super sweet! I work in the mall so i go there often.

The coffee is very good but we take it with oat milk and they have been out of it now for a couple of weeks, this should not happen for a coffee chain, unacceptable!

The server pretended I wasn't there though she was looking at me
I almost left. I didn't tip. Also why did she wash her hands very lightly then use 3 pieces of toweling and just throw it in the garbage?

While visiting Nanaimo last week I had the immense pleasure of being served by McKayla & Phoenix. They were so personable and friendly. The service was fantastic and the conversation great!! My pumpkin pie latte was delicious!! I can’t wait to go back!! ☕️☕️☕️

I go for the coffee because it packs a punch. The workers are not friendly. I tip so that they will be happier, but that doesn’t work. This last time I did not tip and asked for my cappuccino less hot. The cappuccino was the hottest I’ve ever received. Burnt my mouth and I had to juggle it between my hands because it was too hot to stay in one hand. I wondered if it was purposely done excessively hot because I did not tip this time.
