Extremely poor customer service, we went there at 9:59 am and the stores were not open the girl told us she is not open which we understand but we waited until 10:10 am and the girl was not at all interested she was on the call during the whole time and we were waiting to the whole time. If there was any issue going on she should have informed us rather than just saying that they are not yet open.

Probably been to Booster Juice a hundred times...never this location though thankfully until now. My panini was luke warm, none of the cheese was melted so it was just completely falling apart when I pulled it out of the bag. The lemon berry smoothie was frothy and runny with chunks in it, not the typical thicker booster juice consistency. Would have went back if I noticed this before walking 10 mins to the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at country club centre, this one in the mall is brutal.

Horrible customer service. Waited in the line for a long time to be stared at by the staff(young white girl) and then when my turn to order came, she said no juice or refresh or other options available as she's cleaning the mixer. Bruh tell the customers before so they won't waste their time waiting. It almost felt like racism but looking at other reviews, it could just be poor customer service.
Dear manager, close your store or educate these girls.

The best orange juice I could’ve asked for, freshly squeezed and absolutely amazing! Marshall and Emily were awesome and gave us outstanding service, although the store was about to close. Thank you for such a lovely and friendly experience! :)

I get two shakes a week, the staff are always friendly and make good drinks. Ingredients are always fresh. I would challenge the chefs to come up with some shakes with lower carbs, otherwise keep up the good work! Food

I got some smoothies for my son, partner and myself. We also got a wrap and panini. The food and my son’s smoothie were fine, but our smoothies tasted like straight acidic juice. We didn’t drink our smoothies until we got into the car, so I wasn’t about to go back through the mall. Just threw them out, but what a waste of money. I used to get the same smoothie all the time and it never tasted like that. I am so disappointed.

Got a gift card for Christmas, all to find out a worker spent most of my gift card the day after it was bought. Head office won't do anything and neither will the store. So very disappointing

I went to get a smoothie and when I went up to the counter it looked like 1 girl was doing inventory. That's totally fine! However a young girl beside her was on her phone swiping and I stood there for a good 3-4 minutes before I even got a hello. The smoothie wasn't even blended good and I'm not going there anymore. Terrible customer service

When asked if they were open she said, in 3 mins... really, 3 mins you have 4 customers and can't be bothered? We all left, because we can't be bothered to purchase your product then.
