Ordered on skip and unfortunately the driver took the slowest way possible from BP to my place. So fries were cold, I put them in the oven. I ordered a quesadilla it didn’t taste very good so i smothered it in sour cream and ate it. Had to use extra sour cream from my house. Salsa was plain like store bought so that was a no. My daughter ordered the chicken tacos and ceaser salad and that was a complete waste of 23$ because she took a bite of the taco and didn’t like it and then pulled the chicken out to just eat that and didn’t like that either and took one bite of salad and didn’t like it. It wasn’t the service its the taste we didn’t like. We eat quesadillas and tacos and ceaser salad all the time if we eat out. Ceaser salad can definitely be hit or miss. But everything?? Worst $58 ive spent eating out. Disappointing when you’re hungry and wanting to treat yourself for working hard all week. Good thing we have perogies in the freezer, enjoy our money Boston Pizza

My partner and I love this place for date night 🥰 The atmosphere is always inviting. There are quiet corners or more lively sections to be seated. The food is consistently the same quality and the service is always quick and attentive. Our favourite servers are Paige and Aryan. Both are fantastic at being both friendly and efficient. The open-later-than-most hours are convenient. These are some of the many reasons it's one of our favourite places! ☺️
P.S they also aren't stingy with their drinks! If you order a double you are getting a DOUBLE 🤣

Ordered food through doordash yesterday. Called in store specifically to ask if i can get my fired potato little less crispy. And i got them extra crispy, even the cheese pizza was cooked for longer than usual as it came in crispy as well. I called again, and i said i called earlier and asked for less crispy potatoes and i got extra crispy. Her answer was- unfortunately we cannot give you refund when you order through third party site. And said good night. I wasn’t looking for a refund, there was no apology or anything. I felt like she didn’t cared at all. My whole dinner was ruined just because of wrong food.

i got the mac and cheese.. it was super salty, like way to salty, everything else was good we got a little scared of the boneless chicken bites because i bit into one and it looked pink.. but chicken in general just scares me so maybe i was being dramatic. our server was amazing! she took the chicken to the kitchen and asked about it apparently it was just the way the chicken looks? i’m not sure.. i didn’t get her name but she was great!

I think the pizza was leftover from someone else, it tasted oily and I think I saw my reflection in its surface. I ordered a china fettuccine and I think instead of chicken they gave me bits of tofu. Overall I wouldn’t give someone a hated a gift card here. May god strike me down and my children if I recommend this place to anyone else.

Unfortunately had a bad experience im not usually one to complain but I went here with my girlfriends on April 13th and I ordered a glass of water. When I got the water I took a big gulp because I was thirsty after a big day of shopping at the woodgrove mall but the water tasted funny... it was slightly fizzy and tasted kind of sour and just not right. My friend then took a sip and agreed it was not right at all. I then held it up to the light to take a look and it was yellowish looking and had small hairs and particles floating in it. My other friend then took the drink back to the server and asked for a new one and they apologized and told us they had accidently gave me the water that they clean out there taps with 🤢 and quickly made me a new one. Soon after I left the restaurant I started developing a very soar throat and fevers and chills. I'm currently on antibiotics because I now have a fungal infection in my throat. 🤒
