Two orders out of three in the last 14 days had either missing items/different items in orders that would you think are simple.

It’s like no one checks to make sure every single item is correct before putting it in the bag.

I just wanna start with Saying Me and my fiancé had an excellent time and the service we Received from Paige A was excellent She was kind, polite, and extremely professional always making sure that we had the proper stuff at the table For the plates that we desired down to even Asking if we enjoyed our meal at the proper time. Me and my fiancé were in here a couple weeks ago and the service we had then was not what it was today!

I think Paige A Could be a great leader in showing other waitresses on what they should be doing.

Ordered a 38.00 pizza. Was hot when arrived i opened it and right away I smelled the parm cheese which I hate. Started eating it and it was salty. Tried just the dough and it tasted like flour and water. This was the worst pizza I have had in years. Little Ceasars

All my stars go towards our server last night because he was amazing. But realistically BP gets 0 stars. It’s Valentine’s Day today and I’m still in the bathroom, the same one I walked into as soon as I got home from dinner last night. You guessed it! Food poisoning. My question is, was is the nachos or those mini “quesadillas”? You took out half a table. 2 out of 4 guests with two appys and one of them was pregnant (me). Now I understand mistakes happen but this is something else, it’s not just a wrong order or a miscommunication it’s a health hazard I don’t know what had to happen in that kitchen for me and my partner to spend our Valentine’s Day sick. I’m someone to only complain where there is reason to and I could complain about so much last night based strictly on food.

Made reservations week prior.
Food was ok, some of our meals were coldand soggy, some weren't even served. (Some served with hair in it 🤢)The bills took way to long to sort 40min to be exact. Also the gratituity should be based on a hot meal and service from both the kitchen chef and server.

Went here for dinner with my husband and child and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While we were seated, we saw a mouse in the dining area. We immediately informed the server, but this really raised concerns about cleanliness and safety — especially when dining with a young child.

I understand issues can happen, but seeing a rodent inside a restaurant is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene standards. Sadly, this experience makes us to consider never returning.

Were avid BPers and today was super disappointing. We ordered 2 7 cheese ravioli with bolgenese sauce and after picking it up and driving home I open them up and there is maybe a tablespoon of meat sauce in it. Super dry and not the usual.

I wasn't impressed with the spaghetti. The ratio of pasta to sauce was off. That said, the garlic bread was delicious.

Had dinner with a friend here and the waiter barely looked at me the whole time and made some incredibly rude gestures. Do better. He was a blonde kid with curly hair working the section with the booths to your right when you enter.

Placed an order for delivery to a hotel. No cutlery was included in the order. The manager said it needs to be a requested. What? Didn't they think to ask? Puts the onus on a traveller to guess I'd have to ask.

A 30 to 40 minute delivery time turned into 90 minutes. Food arrived somewhat cold.

One of the items was Gluten-wise pasta dish which should have baked cheese and we added chicken to the dish.

It arrived with little to no sauce (gluten free pasta needs more than usual amounts of sauce relative to regular pasta). No cheese. No bake. The chicken was cold and on the side rather than in the dish. The result was dry inedible pasta dish.

This was a total fail.

I stopped by Boston Pizza for a meal, and the staff were friendly and welcoming — they made sure to check on our table and were polite throughout. However, the pizza itself was quite dry and not as flavorful as expected, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant atmosphere was decent, but the washrooms could definitely use better cleaning and maintenance.

Overall, it’s an okay spot for a quick bite, thanks to the kind staff, but the food and hygiene standards could be improved. ⭐⭐⭐½

I ordered nachos and tacos from Boston Pizza Nanaimo at 7:55 PM. They told me the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 8:12, paid, and they told me to wait another 5 minutes. After that, no one paid attention to my order until I finally asked, and then my food was suddenly handed to me. On top of that, they asked me a second time to pay even though I had already paid when I arrived.

When I opened the boxes, the food wasn’t even warm and the nachos were soggy, not crispy at all. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to catch the last ferry at 9:15 PM, which I ended up missing because of their delay. Extremely disappointing service and poor food quality. Will not be ordering from here again.
