Placed an order for delivery to a hotel. No cutlery was included in the order. The manager said it needs to be a requested. What? Didn't they think to ask? Puts the onus on a traveller to guess I'd have to ask.

A 30 to 40 minute delivery time turned into 90 minutes. Food arrived somewhat cold.

One of the items was Gluten-wise pasta dish which should have baked cheese and we added chicken to the dish.

It arrived with little to no sauce (gluten free pasta needs more than usual amounts of sauce relative to regular pasta). No cheese. No bake. The chicken was cold and on the side rather than in the dish. The result was dry inedible pasta dish.

This was a total fail.

Be careful.

I stopped by Boston Pizza for a meal, and the staff were friendly and welcoming — they made sure to check on our table and were polite throughout. However, the pizza itself was quite dry and not as flavorful as expected, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant atmosphere was decent, but the washrooms could definitely use better cleaning and maintenance.

Overall, it’s an okay spot for a quick bite, thanks to the kind staff, but the food and hygiene standards could be improved. ⭐⭐⭐½

I ordered nachos and tacos from Boston Pizza Nanaimo at 7:55 PM. They told me the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 8:12, paid, and they told me to wait another 5 minutes. After that, no one paid attention to my order until I finally asked, and then my food was suddenly handed to me. On top of that, they asked me a second time to pay even though I had already paid when I arrived.

When I opened the boxes, the food wasn’t even warm and the nachos were soggy, not crispy at all. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to catch the last ferry at 9:15 PM, which I ended up missing because of their delay. Extremely disappointing service and poor food quality. Will not be ordering from here again.

Consistently a terrible experience. Tonite I was sat down with my girlfriend to eat. The waitress took my order for a soda and promptly brought it, my girlfriend wanted a drink but we had to ask for a drink menu, as it wasn't on the table. The waitress gave us the drink menu then disappeared for 40 minutes, we ended up just walking out as it wasn't worth our time. Consistently I have had a terrible experience with the staff disappearing and leaving the customer to try and find them to receive any kind of customer service. If you value your time, I would not visit this restaurant.

Food was great (spicy perogi pizza was amazing) and so was the service! However, the main purpose of our visit was to watch the World Series game and ended up somewhat disappointed.

We specifically asked for good seats at the sports bar section and we were then re-assured that there were TV screens everywhere.

Yes, there were, indeed, several screens... but there'd certainly been far too many seats that had no good angle at a TV screen. I was forced to watch the game at a TV that was basically pointed at me at a sideways angle, because that had been the only TV that didn't require me to tilt my head / neck.

I counted maybe 3 or 4 seats in this BP sports bar that had absolutely no good angle to watch something on the telly.

And several more on top (including mine) that had less-than-ideal viewing angles.

To make matters worse, the audio was not very loud at all, and it sounded like a mono speaker coming from just one section. It made conversations with the group easier, but it made the sports watching experience extremely mediocre at best.

I may return for the pitchers of beer, delicious pizza, and good service... but I may just stick to places like the Landlubber or Sip Pub to watch a sporting event.

Pretty good pub food quality, with a large menu.
Typical sports bar vibe, having multiple screens but all showing the same thing.
It's very popular, and the waiting area can be busy at times. The staff try to turn over tables as quickly as they can. Which means fairly fast food service, but not great over all service.
I would go if I had a gift card, or was in the area. But I wouldn't make a special trip.
