We had dinner here for my nieces birthday, our server was lovely - didn’t catch her name and food was great but this one brown hair boy.. i believe I overheard his name as arian. He treated his staff very rudely and didn’t seem to tend to his tables. I think he should spend more time worrying about himself and his tables then poorly talking his hard working co workers

I'm not from Canada but this place opens late in the weekends until 1. Best absolutely best wings in Nanaimo. They have ones they are call Atomic. If you like spicy wings....are the best. I love wings, tacos and pizza .... by sooooo far best wings and the best spicy wings in the city 😋. And the service is topnotch. Is 12:20 am and Aryan besides been by him self...because they close at 1 ....is amazing.....I f you have the cravings or jut want amazing wings or pizza . THIS IS THE PLACE .... A+++++++++++ And ask for ARYAN .... THANK YOUUUUU Amazing service 👏 please please please keep the Atomic flavor in your menu 🙏 😋

Amazing customer service. The manager was going around the tables to check and see how everyone's doing. It was our first time there...we mentioned to her that previous to this, we had gotten a skip order from Boston and weren't super happy, so we decided to give it another try but in-person. She acted on it so fast and took our order she totally did not need to do any of this but she wanted to us to be happy and visit again, which I thought was incredibly sweet. Thank you so much Jennifer! Highly recommend this place!

When I called for reservation, I was told a minimum 18% tip will be charged. I usually tip 20% but IT DEPENDS ON QUALITY OF THE SERVICE !!! I don’t like being forced to pay tips regardless of the service provided

Five stars all around my one of my fav dishes at BP is the Boston Pizza Chicken Pecan Salad that features garden greens, candied pecans, pizza mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and ranch dressing, with your choice of grilled or breaded chicken breast Other dishes here are the chicken parmigiana and the hungry carnivore pasta

Very poor service. Waitress did not check on us and we had to keep asking for what we needed. We were a table of 9, and it was a Wednesday evening, so not very busy. We paid the bill, then had to ask for desert! Come on Boston Pizza. U need to step it up.

Went to bps last night for the hockey game and I could not be more displeased with how the evening unraveled. There was a table with a very belligerent drunk man harassing other patrons in the bar. This very drunk man was not only hurling disturbing insults at my group but was continuously trying to engage a gentleman at our table in a physical altercation. To say this issue was handed poorly by staff would be the understatement of the year. Not only was this man extremely over served, he was also becoming a clear danger to people around him. As this is all unfolding nothing, and I cannot emphasize this enough, NOTHING was done by the establishment to ease the situation. Not a single Boston pizza employee did anything. It was actually another table in the bar who tried to calm the man down. In fact, the server actually continued to bring this very drunk gentleman shots instead of cutting him off like the proserve certification requires of you. The only reasoning we received from our server as to why this dangerous behaviour is allowed was because this gentleman is a regular. Very, very disappointing and we will not be returning. This should be a ZERO star review.
