First time to have their burger and I wasn't disappointed. Their burger was tasty and juicy paired with a big portion of delicious fries. We also had an excellent service from the young lady doing the counter and the kitchen by herself. Though we did take-out, the restaurant was clean. We will be back.

Not my favourite burger. Funny texture and off taste. 3 people mentioned the same thing. Fries were limp but may have suffered in transport. Most likely won’t be back.

Ordered a few times from here. Today we found the burgers were tasting a bit off and also the texture was not as one normally finds. The fries were limp & too salty.
For the cost of my order I will not be ordering from there again

I wanted to hate this place because I was a big fan of Big Wheel Burger..
This place has major potential!! I gave the service a 4 because they could use one more on the floor. I gave the atmosphere a 3 because when I go to places like Flamez chicken for example, you can feel the extra effort they put into that part which makes it a very memorable + enjoyable experience and has you going back again and again. And finally, I gave the food a 4 because if they fix a few things they could really make an all star burger! For instance if they toasted their buns on the flat top, and melted their cheese a little more. It’s the little things like that, that make a really good burger IMO. The fries were undercooked, which I’m not sure if they were just trying to rush the order or if that’s how they are supposed to come but I put them in my fridge and popped them in my air fryer and they were golden brown and crunchy and much more enjoyable, which is a french fry red flag!
My overall rating for the burger factory averages at 3 because I really want to give it room for improvement. I will likely give it a second chance but I’m still searching for that perfect local smash burger! Thanks guys.

They used burnt fries with skins on them for my poutine. It sat for 20 minutes but they are still burnt dried husks of once was potato. I called to ask if somethings up and they hung up after putting me on hold. Guess I'll be putting my business on hold.

Restaurantji Recommends
Our visit to this location on August 28 was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. We ordered two #5 meals, and the quality and preparation were completely unacceptable.
First Meal (#5 with Fries & Pop): We paid $1.50 for mushrooms and got five tiny pieces — what a rip-off. The burger was drowned in so much mustard it had to be scraped off just to eat, and the fries were stale and cold.
Second Meal (#5 with Onion Rings & Pop): We specifically asked if the burger came with leaf lettuce like the photos show and were told yes. When we got home, it had shredded lettuce instead. Even worse, the onion rings were still frozen inside — we had to air fry them ourselves before eating.
Between the overcharging, the misleading information, the poor food quality, and the fact that part of the meal was literally served frozen, this was a complete failure.
We emailed management privately before posting this, giving them a chance to respond. They never did. Based on this experience, we won’t be back unless major improvements are made.

My kid was a champ at the dentist, so as a reward, we went for burgers. He got a classic cheeseburger with extra pickles and a huge smile.

NOT HALAL?
Burger Wheel’s website states “100% Halal. Period.” Unfortunately, our experience showed otherwise.
When we visited, we noticed there were no halal stickers, stamps, or signage displayed anywhere on the premises. Out of caution, we asked the two staff members behind the counter if the food was halal. They answered “yes.” I then asked to see the halal certificate—which by law and best practice should be publicly displayed—and they pulled it out from underneath the service counter.
The certificate they provided stated clearly that only poultry (chicken and turkey) were certified halal. There was no mention of the beef products. This was extremely concerning, especially since my husband had eaten there just a week earlier, was told that “everything” was halal, and had ordered beef based on that assurance.
As Muslims, eating halal is not a lifestyle choice but a religious obligation, and trust is essential when dining out. Misleading claims like “100% Halal. Period.” when not all meat is actually certified halal are not only unethical but also deeply disappointing.
I left my email address with staff and was told the owner would reach out to me. It has now been several days (the incident happened Tuesday, and today is Friday), and I have yet to hear from anyone. For an issue this serious, I would have expected a prompt response within 24 hours.
This experience has left us feeling deceived and questioning whether legal action may be necessary. If a business is going to guarantee halal food, it must be backed up by clear certificates, knowledgeable staff, and full transparency. Anything less is unacceptable.
