Upon becoming frustrated at the state of their washroom, being as I used it twice about a week or more apart and realized the toilet flusher handle is busted . 😳 the following visit its still busted . I came to read reviews and what I'm seeing is horrendous. Seems owner is a cheap person, who refuses refunds or replacements of food thats unsatisfactory , & doesn't seem to restock kids meal toys . Argues with customers and claims of staff overcharging people. Additionally Owner apparently thinks having a broken toilet for over a week when it's a shared unisex bathroom and only one toilet for ladies to use is acceptable. I also read about it always being filthy . I believe that all accurately describes the place . The bathroom alone, is broken over a week and today just stunk like pee. .... entirely. Only reason I would visit this place again is if my kids literally begging for his chicken fries and even then lol I may plan a road trip to a different location to get them ! 🤢

Seriously horrible place. I give up on it. Burger 1 and 2 came with no lettuce, tomato, or pickles. Burger 2 was supposed to have no sauce and of course it came with sauce. Not going back again. My boyfriend will be in tomorrow to complain since they dont answer the phone.

Spent a lot. Served us 4 half frozen fries. Wouldn’t replace them. Supervisor argued with us and refused to replace after girl at the window said she’d have them remade. Will not return. Unacceptable service. Disgusting.
