Spent a lot. Served us 4 half frozen fries. Wouldn’t replace them. Supervisor argued with us and refused to replace after girl at the window said she’d have them remade. Will not return. Unacceptable service. Disgusting.

first they forgot my chicken wrap and didn’t even apologize. I had to run back in there and then when i went home they messed up my burger. Asked for no cheese no mayo and they loaded it with it. Terrible

Absolute worst Burger king in B.C, I paid for my whole order and then they wanted 30 cents for a Buffalo dip, if I wasn't starving I would have gotten a refund right then and there......next time I will. Garbage, that literally ruins my lunch, thanks.

I was served a raw chicken sandwich ordered through the BK app and picked up through the drive thru, called restaurant afterwards, it went to voicemail, I left a message informing them of this and that they should check their burgers before sending any more like this to hopefully prevent anyone else from receiving raw chicken. Did not hear back from anyone with this restaurant.
Unfortunately my wife didn’t notice until half way through the burger and spent the evening purging her stomach contents to not get food poisoning- or worse.
It’s a shame because I’ve frequented this place often and over many years and I personally really enjoy their chicken sandwiches WHEN PROPERLY COOKED.
I would highly advise checking the food before consuming after this experience.

Their whopper is amazing. But Jr. whopper is a lot smaller than before. Usually very good there except for the bathroom, it smells.

Asked for spicy sauce.. got ketchup instead in my sandwich. Never going back.
Dirty. Bathroom was gross and toilet didn't flush. Kids play area had nothing working or machine was coming operated.

I want to start off by saying it has been YEARS since I've had an enjoyable meal at Burger King, let alone the Nanaimo location.
Despite this, I decided to go in on my break for lunch and got a spicy crispy chicken, some fries, and a drink. The fries were hot and fresh, the burger was hot, and it was not mushy or tasted like slop.
I sincerely commend the staff at Nanaimo Burger King, who were present around 12:30pm on December 15 2024; for serving me promptly, timely, and giving me a meal I actually enjoyed for the first time in over 5 years. 🙏

in the drive thru waiting almost 20 mins for order you think would be HOT only to get it home 4 mins after leaving only for everything to be cold a d stale. thanks for wasting my last few bucks burger king nanaimo. the struggle is so real and drive thru most days can be more affordable then cooking a meal. today would have been better getting nasty dollar store noodles then be served cold food.

The burger smelled weird, it tasted off too. The restaurant smelled like old food or something. Service was fine but I was the only one in there. Really put me off Burger King in general and likely will never go to one again.
