Went for valentines dinner and ordered steak. My girlfriend’s steak was ordered medium rare and came so extremely rare it could almost still be mooing. She tried to eat about 1/4 of it an it was so extremely chewy it wasn’t edible for her. We waited for the waitress to let her know she couldn’t eat the steak which she apologized and then gave us the bill. No cut to the bill or offered to fix it. We left pretty disappointed being that we drove an hour to go here.

Our server Dani was genuinely very warm, caring and friendly. The manager Sean was really great too. Rachel at the hostess podium was very nice as well. It was a very good experience thanks to these three awesome staff members.
We will be back for sure and we will try to be seated in Dani's section for our future reservations. Thank you Dani!

We visited as a business group of 16, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the staff seemed unaware of our reservation, and we had to contact our colleagues ourselves to sort it out. One of our friends starters were never served, and by the time we realized, it was already too late as everyone had begun their mains. In the end, my dessert was also missed, and we had to leave without receiving them — yet we were still charged.
Overall, the service felt inattentive, and the lack of coordination made the experience far below expectations.

Highly recommend cactus club. Service is Excellent, food great. Good efficient patio. Love the lights at Christmas! Staff seated me quickly and where I wanted even though it was packed.
