The new patio rocks. I must say the host , the gentleman that brought us to our table was incredibly polite and super helpful. Highly recommend this place as the staff are a joy to be around as they all seem to love their job and that makes us enjoy our night.

We have travelled 4000+ miles from Scotland to find an absolute gem of a location. The food was totally amazing, but the service - oh my word - above and beyond! Samantha Swan was our server. She is a total delight and a credit to your organisation. This bright and energetic young lady has a very exciting and positive life journey. Well done Cactus club Nanaimo.

Came here for a staff dinner to celebrate another year of success, and to have the owner treat us for a Christmas dinner. Service was on par, the food was delicious, and my Old Fashioned was tasty. Everyone had a good time.
The blackened chicken was so great. The lighting and the atmosphere was very soothing too.
