Drinks here have always been good everytime I get one and staff is really nice.
I got taro smoothie 80% sugar, with coconut jelly and strawberry boba.
I used to be a regular customer, but the staff were rude most of the time.
So we stopped going, and won’t be back.
I’d give them a higher rating but anytime I’ve ordered off Uber eats, they forget to pack the straws. How can I enjoy my Boba without the special straws to pierce the lid and drink the pearls?! I tipped you guys, yet nobody was mindful enough to throw some straws in the bag. So let this be a reminder to your staff to remember the straws for their take out orders!

Went there couple weeks ago and the service was terrible... there was 2 staff working there a guy and a girl ... the guy was chill and nice ... the girl that was working was throwing off the worst attitude possible .... she was very bossy to the guy that was there .... we kind of felt bad for the guy as she was terrible to him when the customers are still round ... I am surpris5she still works there with attitude ...

Bobatime is always awesome! Their stamp card is a free drink every eight or ten and the bubbles are always fresh and house made!
I bought two drinks here this afternoon and was very disappointed with the service. One tall girl with darker skin rolled her eyes at a customer, and another shorter girl was laughing and mocking a customer in Chinese. Even though it wasn’t directed at me, it created a very unpleasant and disrespectful experience. The drinks were fine, but the staff’s attitude needs serious improvement.
