A very pleasant surprise. Visited the restaurant for take away on recommendation from a friend. Extremely good value and quality for Cod and chips. The young staff were so pleasant and polite. Will definitely be back.

The service was very friendly and it was a generous portion of fries and the fish was about average sized pieces for what I’m used to. We had the 4 piece cod combo and they even threw in a 5th piece of cod which was really nice. Some seating available but we chose to eat by the marina as it was quite warm in the restaurant. Good coleslaw and really nice house made tartar sauce too. All in all crispy and delicious, would strongly recommend!

Delicious fresh, moist cod and wonderful English style chips (NOT those skinny little pieces of disappointment they serve at a certain fast food chain).
I ate only half of this and stopped because I was comfortably full. Really looking forward to eating the 2nd half tomorrow (but I don't think I will be able to wait until supper time.Lunch anyone?).
Oh, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.

First time trying Chick to Sea and I must say we were very pleased! I had halibut & chips and every bite was more than delicious. Hubby had the seafood feast with fries & curry gravy. He says he hasn’t had anything as good since he left England. We’ll be back!

Large portions and fresh fish! Great quality and nicely breaded - not too thin not too thick. However the fish were incredibly bland, especially in the burger. Didn’t want to smother it in tartare sauce either. A bit of salt would go a long way!

Recommended to us by folks at the doggy park. It was very good. We particularly liked the thin batter because it lets the flavour of the fish come through. It as not oily or fatty. The 2 piece was ideal for us for dinner. Mostly take out but there a table and counter area to eat at. Well done Chick To Sea.
