I just did a phone in order. It was ready in 10 mins. Very friendly gal (and fella) that works there. She is so nice. They work hard and made us a yummy meal. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant on going as it took only 10 min for my order in a lunch hour. But I'm not to pleased with it Although the fish was huge, all I could taste was batter..had to ask for napkins and condiments. Once I got to where I was eating I realized there was no lemon. If I'm ever wanting againI won't be coming back, that's for sure
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We ordered two different types of fish and chips, as well as chicken strips and shrimp and everything was great!

Frozen halibut, over cooked fries, bland coleslaw. I've had worse, it wasn't horrible. On par for this side of Nanaimo, albeit a bit over priced for the size of the halibut. I'll stick with Campbell River.
